I went in to have a pedicure fixed that I had done 2 weeks ago and also have gel polish put on my nails. I was the only one there when I arrived. My pedicure was fine, but they did cut all of my nails down (which were already short as I just had a pedi 2 weeks prior) My nails were ok when I was done- OVER TWO HOURS LATER! When I got home i noticed a bubble under one of my nails that by the end of the day had popped and peeled. The next day another nail had a bubble that popped and peeled. Considering I walked out of there with a bill of $90, they should have lasted longer than 2 days. Super disappointed. read more

Didn't even shape my nails. I asked for almond. I had long natural nails. That had acrylic previous but I had just removed them so I filed my nails. The guy working there didn't reshaped them and kept digging the file on my skin. I kept pulling my hand out because it hurt really bad. Also cuz me with the electric file. Doesn't know how to hold the nail file. Never going back and do not recommend. read more

I think they were well worth the price though! It's hard to find technicians in Spokane who can do a good long stiletto, and these are shaped perfectly! He spent a lot of time making sure that everything looked good, and was to my specifications. Got a full set of gel nails, with embedded fruit stickers and glitter. Cheap pedicure and good color selection, but didn't last over a month. Wouldn't do again. Good Covid precautions with a clear shield between chairs but it was really hard for pregnant me to get in and out of the chairs with those there. read more

Later, while I was being serviced someone walked in for an appt she had made and they didn't have anyone to take her. They told her to just sit down and wait, again in an annoyed tone, and it took her another 30/45 mins to be seen. I was also a little disappointed in my nails as the color was still see through when I was walking out. Second time, I wanted to give them another try. I walked in, only one employee even looked up at me. He didn't say anything, I told him I'd like a gel manicure, and he turned back to what he was doing. I sat and waited for another 5 mins and no one said anything or looked at me. I finally just told them if no one was even going to acknowledge me I was going to go somewhere else and walked out. I love how my nails turned out! I came from out of town and decided to go to this salon because it had good reviews and was one of the closest salons to my airbnb. I entered the salon and it took a while for anybody to greet me or anything, but they got me in right away. The male nail tech helped me, I showed him a picture of what I wanted (shown in attached pictures) and he said okay and got to work. He also removed two gel nails that I had from my previous manicure. Not sure if they charged me extra for that because they didn't let me know. It took about an hour and a half to finish my whole manicure. I was so happy with the end result! I feel like they came out even better than the reference photo, especially because the orange he used on the tips of my nails glows in UV light. The total for my nails came out to $60 + a $10 tip. I'm not sure exactly what the costs were though, but I know designs and gems add on to your price. It would be nice to get a breakdown of all the added costs though. Overall, I'm happy with the results and the quality. Only thing that needs some work is their communication! read more

I had an appointment at 11 and wasn't acknowledged until 11:25 and was then told I had to wait longer because someone came in after me had an appointment. I explained I had an appointment and have been waiting and was then told I need to wait still. I wasn't helped until 12:15, an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment. The girl was rude and seemed annoyed that I told her that I've already been waiting and walked away, this has happened every time I've come here. I tried this place a few times and don't recommend it especially if you have other things to be doing. My nails turned out good but everything else was literally awful. read more

I've been going there for pedicures for about 15 years. Made an appointment for Noon Saturday for myself & significant other. Arrived right on time. Sat for 40 minutes. When we got there the man was doing a manicure and the woman was doing a pedicure. There was one customer waiting in the manicure chair. At 12:30 guy finishes up the mani and goes over to START the pedi on the other customer, whom I figured was done and just waiting. Walked out of there, if they can't even acknowledge us and say "sorry, we're running way behind" then forget it. read more

Normally I would give this place five stars BUT other than the three very good salon experts, there is one girl, who always wears a pony tail and glasses, who cannot do anything right. I don't even think she's licensed because there are three posted on the wall for the others but none for her. Just had the worst experience getting my nails done. I am not usually a complainer about this kind of stuff. But to start off they cut all my tips off and one of my nails ended up completely cut off the side. Then he was super rough on my nails and made my nail bleed after I asked him to be gentle. Then I asked him to make them thick and they are super thin. And then he over charged me after I already asked what the price would be. And when I talked to the manager her explanation was I talked to fast and should probably ask my questions slower. What a joke. Don't ever come here. What a nightmare. I am so bummed out. read more
