Again no contact until I called in September 26. Dr. Collins wrote a letter in response to an email I sent in anger from being neglected. It reminded me I was hurt more than angry. I appreciate it. Someone isn't being truthful about contacting me and I am not comfortable emailing. Claim: "I remember telling you I would contact you in February, and we did attempt to reach you." Truth: I never got a call on me land line nor my cell phone. I called mid March and spoke to Angie. After referring me to Affordable Dentures, she talked me into an appt with Dr. Marnie. I was told new dentures wouldn't fit different. I no longer wanted permanent implants, but snap ins. 2 days later I had an appt with Dr. Ken where I received the estimate that was two to three times what he said a year prior. Unfortunately I got nothing in writing. Next contact was a text saying I was overdue for cleaning. I texted STOP. Claim: "We also invited you on several occasions to come in so we could discuss your concerns directly, but you declined or did not come in, making it difficult to address them together." Truth: I was NEVER contacted. I did not miss any appointments. I called in September, a year later, and asked Tracie for some bills. I hoped she would mention me to the Doctors because I thought they might respond. A few weeks later I called Tracie again to complain about being left without teeth over a year later. For the first time she offered a re-line, but in March Dr. Marnie said new ones wouldn't fit different. She offered a referral, Angie gave me one already. I didn't want to come in just to talk about being ignored. I was crying too hard so I emailed. Claims of contacting me are FALSE. Not even a note with a bill. These claims hurt more than the whole denture situation. I often wondered if what Tracie said was from the Docs or her own dislike for me. I wish Dr. Marnie would have called. After 16 years, I always had seen her as an amazing dentist, wife and mother. Unfortunately, the year of neglect has destroyed me.

The gal at Flour Mill was too slow, in my 1hr session she was barely able to give me any fill, it was disappointing since I had an amazing lash artist back in Seattle before we moved. The Argonne one was great at first because she was fast and able to get my lashes really full, however after I went to her a couple more times, she kept glueing layers on top of layers and they began clumping and fall out by the handful. Part of my eyelid was completely bare of lashes. It was horrible. Thank God for Tracy! I live in Cheney and she's way out in the Valley but it is absolutely worth the drive! She was able to properly remove all the built up lashes and start repairing the damage caused by improper lash technique. She is a licensed aesthetician and I learned that you don't have to be licensed to do lash extensions and many of the people out there who do them are not licensed or properly trained so beware! She is really amazing, trained by some the best in her industry, she keeps up to date with the newest products and techniques. Same price as other places in town but the difference is that she takes her time, is meticulous and takes pride in her work. Hands down the best lash artist in this town!
