Friendly communication and explanations with patience…read more Competent and caring! Alexis always takes her time explaining every detail, answers questions about product, actually educates me but never applies pressure to buy anything that is not needed. So thankful for reflections, can not recommend this office in a way that truly explains the experience. I'm 52 and just learning about these services. They have never made me silly for what I didn't know. Thank you all!

I absolutely love Dr. Owsley and his staff. I went in for a consult about having a breast…read moreaugmentation with implants. He explained in detail every aspect of the surgery from start to finish in a way I could understand. After the consult it only took me about a week to decide I wanted it done and I wanted THIS guy to do it. The wait was long, but I finally got my surgery at the end of April this year, and although I'm technically still in the healing process, I couldnt be happier with the results. Dr. Owsley truly cares about beauty, professionalism, and great results. He seems very down to earth, yet matter-of-fact. I actually have a couple more things I'd like to get done and I would not go to anyone but him. I feel the need to mention Stephanie as well. She's great!

My first time getting Filler was at Renew with Angela. I saved up for months. She put filler in my…read morecheeks that dissolved within 3 weeks. I tried Botox and it did nothing. Then I tried threads and they snapped within hours and left a pea sized bump on each side of my forehead for over six months.Angela said it was my body. The threads left a giant scar on my face, people ask if it was from chicken pox. They are required to fix their mistakes but instead Angela charged me more! Eventually I tried another med spa and both my filler and Botox worked great and lasted a long time. I have now been to three different med spas who know Renew because they are constantly fixing their mistakes. I look in the mirror at the damage they did and cry. I only wanted to improve my self esteem and it ended up costing me permanent damage. Lastly, I remember telling Angela about my love for animals and she told me how her husband recently killed a poor baby deer instead of taking it to a rehab. Why would she think a person who loves animals would want to hear that?!

I bought two products last Thursday from this business. I called before they were shipped out to…read moreensure the delivery date matched up with my travel schedule as I'm leaving the country. I expressed the possibility of switching the delivery address to another location/state of where I'll be closer to departure date so I'd get it in time and instead of listening to me and letting me finish that delivery option I was interrupted and assured it would arrive on time. I won't be receiving my products bc they didn't have the patients to let me get my full sentence out before making false promises.

Hi, My wife came in…read morerecently for a full color. (I will leave her name anonymous as I don't want her to know I'm leaving this review. She was too embarrassed to say anything). An employee named Brittany ended up doing her hair, and she completely butchered it. I'm gonna be honest, I've seen my wife with some pretty bad hair styles, and this one was BY FAR the worst. Brittany obviously didn't have a clue what she was doing. Aside from the actual hair styling itself, I was made aware that Brittany made my wife extremely uncomfortable. She was very rude, arrogant, bad talking her fellow employees, etc. my wife came home crying and filled me in on this entire experience. Fast forward a few days, my wife went in to another salon to get her hair "fixed." They informed her that her hair was so damaged / fried that they ended up having to take a few inches off to make it look even slightly better. I normally don't leave reviews, but I highly advise against booking with Brittany! TERRIBLE!

I would recommend Evelyn to anyone I know looking for a makeup artist!…read more Evelyn did my makeup for my wedding, and absolutely blew me away with her talent. I had previously worked for a wedding makeup company in Seattle, and when I wanted to find something a little closer to home, I knew going into it I had particular taste. The minute I found Evelyn, I instantly knew I had to reach out to her. From the start, she was genuine, friendly and so easy to work with! I explained right away what I was looking for, and from the very first trial, she NAILED IT. I drove out to her home in Post Falls where we did a trial in her living room, and I was immediately put at ease by how friendly and knowledgable she was. She even makes some of her own makeup! On the day of, she was prompt and professional. It's a given that the bride will normally take extra time when doing makeup, but Evelyn gave extra care to make sure my bridesmaids were taken care of to the best degree. It was fun to watch the confidence explode out of my friends. If you're looking for a makeup artist, look no further. Not only was the experience 5+ stars, but I gained a lifelong friend out of the process. Thank you!!
