Then I tried threads and they snapped within hours and left a pea sized bump on each side of my forehead for over six months.Angela said it was my body. The threads left a giant scar on my face, people ask if it was from chicken pox. They are required to fix their mistakes but instead Angela charged me more! Eventually I tried another med spa and both my filler and Botox worked great and lasted a long time. I have now been to three different med spas who know Renew because they are constantly fixing their mistakes. I look in the mirror at the damage they did and cry. I only wanted to improve my self esteem and it ended up costing me permanent damage. Lastly, I remember telling Angela about my love for animals and she told me how her husband recently killed a poor baby deer instead of taking it to a rehab. Why would she think a person who loves animals would want to hear that?!

I expressed the possibility of switching the delivery address to another location/state of where I'll be closer to departure date so I'd get it in time and instead of listening to me and letting me finish that delivery option I was interrupted and assured it would arrive on time. I won't be receiving my products bc they didn't have the patients to let me get my full sentence out before making false promises.

Hi, My wife came in…read morerecently for a full color. (I will leave her name anonymous as I don't want her to know I'm leaving this review. She was too embarrassed to say anything). An employee named Brittany ended up doing her hair, and she completely butchered it. I'm gonna be honest, I've seen my wife with some pretty bad hair styles, and this one was BY FAR the worst. Brittany obviously didn't have a clue what she was doing. Aside from the actual hair styling itself, I was made aware that Brittany made my wife extremely uncomfortable. She was very rude, arrogant, bad talking her fellow employees, etc. my wife came home crying and filled me in on this entire experience. Fast forward a few days, my wife went in to another salon to get her hair "fixed." They informed her that her hair was so damaged / fried that they ended up having to take a few inches off to make it look even slightly better. I normally don't leave reviews, but I highly advise against booking with Brittany! TERRIBLE!
