The bad experience I am having now when 'Sam' colored my hair is much different from what I told her already. She is swaying from fixing it, and instead, she starts asking for more money. She has no professional manners, never has a sense of responsibility and accountability. I ended up having a different color than what I wanted and paid for!!!

This place was such a sweet find! I contacted the salon and I was able to schedule an appointment…read morewith no problems at all. The hairstylist, Kayla, was awesome. She inquired about what my hair looked like and what I wanted her to do. For this specific appointment I was looking to get my hair trimmed a little bit and for a hair color. I have thick coarse hair and I usually like to wear it short, very much like a pixie cut. This hair style can be tricky, often resulting is poor blending, uneven length, and a blocky look. When I went to intuition, Kayla was very friendly and asked a lot of questions about my hair, which was great. The coloring process was easy and painless as She did an all over coloring (purple highlight on black hair). She also knew exactly how to cut my hair, given its disobedient personality, and took her time. My experience was overall laid back and fun. The price was appropriate for the quality haircut that I received. This is definitely a place to go if you are wanting to diverge away from the corporate salons and have a desire to seek out your new long term stylist.

She's very skilled, super gentle with my hair, and just a genuinely kind person. I'm new to the area and feel really lucky to have found her. I stopped by the salon the day before just to ask about a consultation (I didn't see her, the receptionist just told me that Tera will do the consultation), and within 30 minutes, Tera called me and left a voicemail letting me know she had an opening the next day. I really appreciated how proactive she was. During the appointment, she took the time to explain how each treatment works and how to space them out so my hair stays healthy. She's not only great at what she does, but also really helpful and informative. Highly recommend booking with her. Please ask for Tera! :)

Freaked me out. Never in my life have I had that experience and of course stylist had a lot of excuses. I hear this salon is changing their name and doing a rebrand hmmmm makes me wonder why. Update: spoke with another stylist and was told that since the other stylist applied gloss and toner and basically kept rubbing it into my hair like shampoo it caused the matting.. never had a stylist continuously rub toner in my hair, usually they put it in and let it sit then wash out.

They accidentally sent it to her salon. When I found out I went in immediately to pick it up. She would not give me my purchase. She told me they charged her for it which was absolutely false. She was rude, nasty and very unprofessional. I had to get this resolved myself. When the company called her to help me get it straightened out she told them she would leave it on her porch for me. I have never been treated so rudely by someone in my own profession. I have heard from many other people about her rude, nasty behave and today I found out for myself. I would stay away from her and her business. There are too many other places to go where you can be treated like a person.
