Their wax is either super cheap or they just don't know what they are doing. I feel like I've wasted $157 I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I had ample grow out as I had not shaved for 2 weeks. Worst experience ever!!!!! I'm giving it 2 stars because Casey was sweet. It's not her fault she doesn't have sufficient training.
