The salon is incredibly aesthetically pleasing, clean and organized every time I go. Everyone is always nice -- You can tell that they have a great work culture, and community there. I truly cannot imagine going anywhere else. I have always seen Makayla, she is a wonderful and talented hairstylist. My review really isn't even going to do her justice, really that's just how talented she is. Whether I come in with an idea for color/haircut or not, she's always ready to jump in and bring the idea to life or help me work through what I'm looking for. I usually request a balayage or highlight, and her balayage is truly artful-- like I do not have amazing natural hair color to start with by any means, and she makes it look great and really adds some great blonde tones. (Same goes for highlights) Since I've started going to her, I am guaranteed compliments. Makayla just in general is amazing. In addition to being skilled in hair, she is very communicative, has a lovely personality, is incredibly patient, respectful and always has thoughtful, as well as often funny, conversations. She is SO patient (I'm that client who has difficulty communicating what I want) and so willing to go really slow, look at it, fine tune based on what I think. I often get cut too short in the front so I am a bit cautious about it. My hair is a nightmare to cut (thick but fine, straight on top and wavy on the bottom) and Hannah had no problem when I asked she use a razor so it blends. Also did a two color foil beautifully! I get complimented all the time because it looks so pretty, a blonde and a rust color. Turned out wonderfully! Hannah responds to my texts, is very reasonably priced and could not be any nicer! I enjoy my visits so much because I can relax in her chair. So glad I found her!

Mel is a dream. I hadn't had my hair done in seven months because of a certain situation my hair…read morewas breaking and having issues but I decided to get extensions and Mel matched everything perfectly. She also did color match with the foils and it blends and looks absolutely beautiful. The salon was really great. Everything she did was wonderful. Salon is light and bright. Everyone is very friendly. It's very clean so pretty! They even gave me a glass of wine so what else can I say? It's a wonderful place, love Mel I would highly recommend it.

I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning…read more I spent over $5,000 on laser hair removal treatments, and unfortunately, I saw no improvement whatsoever. In fact, my results were the complete opposite of what I was promised. Instead of reducing my hair growth, it seemed to stimulate it. The hair grew back thicker, coarser, and in some areas even appeared to grow in doubles. When I expressed my concerns, I was repeatedly told that I simply needed more treatments. After investing thousands of dollars with no results, that explanation was incredibly disappointing. At some point, there should be honest conversations about whether the treatment is actually working instead of continuing to recommend additional sessions. Beyond my experience with the laser treatments, I also felt the overall quality of the salon fell short of the image it tries to present. The level of professionalism, service, and expertise did not meet my expectations. If you're considering medical aesthetic treatments, I personally had a much better experience at Crafted Beauty. Their staff has been far more knowledgeable, professional, and attentive, and the overall atmosphere reflects a much higher standard of care. This was an expensive lesson, and I hope my experience helps others make an informed decision before investing their money.

I came in for a simple tint/tone of my dark blonde hair. I asked to go one shade darker, to a light…read moreash brown. When I arrived the stylist began cutting my hair. I was not there for a cut. The light ash brown came out NEARLY BLACK. I had just spent 16 weeks, 3 half day appts and over $1000 getting dark brown OUT of my hair at my local salon in CA. I am beyond upset. The stylist then argued with me about the color. She then said it would take 30 minutes to fix (after I just went through this process at my local salon, I know a 30 minute apt will not fix the issue without burning all of my hair off). The attached photos are my initial requests and the final product, after about 10 shampoos. Still dark brown.
