I had a lash lift done at Sweet Peach on Wednesday, September 24th, and it was a disaster. My eyes were burning during the appointment, tearing uncontrollably by the end, and worst of all, the lash lift didn't even work. My lashes looked exactly the same. I called the salon four days in a row, left voicemails, and even spoke to someone who promised I'd get a call back from an esthetician. I gave them my name and number and then they completely ghosted me. What frustrates me the most is not just the bad service, it's the fact that no one cared. No follow-up, no accountability, no refund. If Sweet Peach wants to call itself a professional beauty business, maybe they should start by hiring women who are actually skilled in the services they offer, not just people who couldn't pass a math class and thought being an esthetician would be "easy." I would never recommend this place to anyone who values their time, money, or their eyes. read more

Came here to get a Brazilian for the first time before vacation and also do my eyebrows. The girl was super sweet but felt a little rushed so I didn't have time to look down after the first wax was done. After coming home I was literally speechless. Only one part was waxed. The more inner part and butt wasn't touched at all. I called and explained that I got the wax for my vacation and I was really unhappy. I hate to do this but please don't go here! I am new in the area and didn't know where to go. I came here for a fill and was out in 30 minutes. I could see my extensions were not glued to the root, and from day two were falling out by the dozens. They were also getting so twisted and ripping my own eyelashes out since they were glued to the middle of my lash. I ended up getting all my lashes removed after having extensions for 3 years because they messed up my lashes so bad :( read more

I love sweet peach! I've started coming here when they opened up because the last place I went was going down the tubes (plus the owner was rude). Sweet peach is not like that at all, whenever I have questions or concerns they always are accommodating. I have super sensitive skin and I've gotten facials here and I didn't break out afterwards (which sometimes happens). I've also been getting my eyelash extensions here (Madison is my girl I HIGHLY recommend her), and they are amazing and stay in for a long time! I'm a nurse so I'm working a lot and getting sweaty (I know gross), but my eyelashes always stay in. And if I have a week where I have more fall out (rare), they don't overcharge me for it. I love this place and recommend it to everyone. They are always updating their policies and making sure they are current on all the beauty needs and proper procedure! read more

Do not get your lashes done here! I have tried two different lash artists, but all of them use the same lashes and product. They are great for doing fast fills, but it's not worth it. For my last appointment, i was about 4-5 minutes late and she finished a few minutes early. After a week, my lashes were bare. My lashes HURT afterwards and i noticed as they fell out that there would be several false lashes that were glued onto one of my natural lashes. My lash artist was so sweet but lashes don't need to be done fast! If you're already paying for them, go somewhere else. I have got other services (hair and waxing) done at Sweet Peach and not has an issue, but I would skip on the lashes here. read more

Well I can say that Ashley is great. She did my micro blading and did an amazing job. As for lashes.. (I didn't have those done by Ashley) I would say not to come here. My first experience took almost 2 hours for a natural looking not extremely full set. They were super painful for almost a week. I think a few were glue on funky and pulling on my lashes. The second time was super quick and a ton of the lashes fell out the first day. Then today I called to reschedule because I woke up super sick and don't want to get the staff sick ESPECIALLY because I know there are multiple pregnant women working there currently. So I asked if I could reschedule and she said yes. Then she charged me half of my session because I was 10 minutes after the 24 hour cancellation policy. So basically just don't be courteous and cancel if you're sick. Just go in and get everyone sick I guess or you'll pay for it. Actually probably going to call back and cancel my rescheduled appointment and go somewhere else. The three stars are just because I've had great experiences with Ashley. I get my haircut here all the time, this place has the kindest and hardest workers! A lot of reviews are people mad they had to pay for not showing up on time for their haircut, they have a 15 minute policy where if your over 15 minutes late you gotta pay which is very generous! Especially when you can reschedule anytime before for free. It's these stylists careers and time which they have very little to spare! They're booked months out and still bend over backwards to reschedule those who couldn't make their appointment. Always had fantastic service and have always showed up 5 minutes early out of respect for the stylists. I don't generally do reviews, but I feel it's the least I can do for this place. I've been going here since Sweet Peach first opened its doors. Over the last couple years, I've unfortunately developed an allergy to the glue. It has nothing to do with the place/products, just something that can develop, unfortunately. Alyssa does my fills and she's been more than amazing ensuring that sensitive products are used to minimize/stop the reactions. I have a crazy work schedule as well and she's been so accommodating of my time, too. The shop is always immaculate and my preferences are listened to by the staff. Alyssa takes her time to do a detailed job and I never lose lashes because they're not adhered properly (they always shed with my REAL lash as they're intended to; you just have to do your part in taking care of them!) Now that we're in Phase 2 of reopening, they're going above and beyond to protect themselves and their clientele which makes me feel safe/responsible going back into my routine. Just got a whole body wax, first time I ever done waxing. Sara Miller made me feel comfortable even though I had originally come in anxious and scared. She was detailed and considerate. I managed to make it through without asking for breaks, though she let me know I could ask any time. I expected pain being a man and having shaved my hair thick, but the pain was short lived which helped a lot, as well as it didn't hurt so bad as often as I expected. I came get to get a full set of lashes done with marissa kelton, within 2 days all the lashes came off, and they were applied awful to begin with. I reached out to see what my options for a refund were because I would never want to go back to a lash tech that had me leave with lashes falling off, and they wouldn't offer a refund! despite sending pictures of over half of the lashes missing by the next day. it cost me $155 and they basically said sucks to suck when I reached out to them about them all coming off the same day ! i would not take your chances getting lashes done here ! read more

I was so excited to have my hair done at Sweet Peach. I had pictures of exactly what haircolors I wanted but wasn't sure it was possible for me, so I asked. The stylist assured me that she could absolutely color my hair as asked. After the first 4+ hour session, there was very little change in my color. When I told the stylist That I wasn't happy with the color and showed her the pictures of what I wanted, again, she began crying. I was concerned and told me that she was crying because her dog died, not because of my hair. She then said that she could take out some of the toner and it would lighten up. I was worried that this would further damage my hair but she told me it would not so I said we could give it a try. Things just got worse. When she was done "pulling out the toner" my natural color had been striped from my roots as well. They were a reddish copper color. And, my hair was not any lighter. I scheduled a color fix with her for a week later. I'll review that appointment in a separate post. Don't make the mistake I did! Save your hair. I'd never had extensions before. So when they spent LESS THAN HALF as long as they should have doing my lashes, I didn't know any better, figured that was normal. ~About 36 hours later I had to have the mess they put on my lashes removed because they were loosening & drooping down. I had not allowed them to get wet or even touched them. ~The person I went to for removal was stunned at what she saw. She did them again and then I understood the real time needed to do a good job. ~At SP they were super fast = minimal effort and crummy lashes. ~The manager repeatedly came into the room to talk shop with the person doing my lashes - probably messed with her focus & definitely unprofessional. ~At SP either (1) because they knew I'd never had extensions they took advantage of that and did a quickie job. Or, (2) they just don't know what they are doing. ~They totally pressure you to buy expensive products that do nothing. Complete waste of $130. read more

Madison is amazing. She recommended hybrid lashes for me. Classics with a little bit of volume added in. Sweet Peach is clean, adorable, and the staff is super friendly and passionate about what they do. I come in once a week for a fill. The hours of operation are so much better than most places I have been. They really accommodate the best they can for the clients who work the normal M-F 8-5 schedule. They are open super early sometimes and have late days as well as the weekend. Madison is consistent and sincere. I have already started referring people to her because I have been getting so many compliments on my glam yet very natural looking lashes. Thank you so much! Her work is stellar and she clearly loves what she does and it shows in her work. I would recommend anyone to come here for any of their services. Had my lashes done here this last week. Unfortunately the lashes were done in quite a rush and left me with glue all over my left eyelash line, which has now resulted in a swollen, infected eye. I don't believe this is an allergic reaction as my right eye is totally fine, it's only the left that is irritated. My lashes were also clumpy and didn't fit my eye shape. I'm super disappointed as I've had lash extensions before and loved them. This was my first time getting my lashes done at Sweet Peach and I won't be returning :( read more

this was the first place i went to get my extensions. there was a groupon. i didn't know lash extensions were supposed to take longer than 45 minutes. and that the fills should be longer than 15. i got volume lashes and couldn't barely tell the difference from my regular lashes and they all fell off with in a week but i had a fill included with my groupon so i went again to get them filled thinking maybe it was just a fluke. it wasn't. one of my friends on cheer (who has had extensions since 8th grade- were juniors now) told me that my eyelashes looked like they had been stuck to my lashes with a very large amount of glue. she recommended me to her lash technician that she has been singing since eighth grade.whether lash technician my friend had recommended was stunned by the fact that my lashes only took 45 minutes and have the biggest snow and blue on them. she said even somebody experience should know that it takes about an hour and 30 minutes for an initial set. this girl has been doing lashes for many many years. i Will say that the lash technician at sweet peach was very nice and very accommodating but the lash services speak for themselves and I am very disappointed to spend my money on it. read more
