Disappointing to say the least. I went in for a lash lift done by Heidi and my lashes don't appear to be lifted at all, and I can't get them done elsewhere for 8 weeks now, but that's not even the worst part. I didn't find Heidi to be professional or friendly. Keep in mind that I look Mexican, have a Mexican last name, am married to a Mexican, and have beautiful Mexican mixed babies, so imagine my discomfort when Heidi told a story to the other women there about how her and her ex-boyfriend lived in the Wenatchee area and worked on a fruit farm, she stated that her ex-boyfriend spoke Spanish so he was in charge of telling the Mexicans what to do and went on about how the Mexicans didn't listen to them or do their work. One of the girls she was talking to corrected her and said not the Mexicans, but the staff, which Heidi repeated the Mexicans. When Heidi mentioned the fruit I asked a few questions about the fruit to try to keep the discussion off of Mexicans, and she started talking about how bad organic fruit is. I wanted to get up and leave during the conversation Heidi was having, but I already had the treatment on my eyes, so I felt stuck. In my opinion it was extremely unprofessional, unpleasant, and disappointing. The atmosphere is tiny, only 2 chairs, side by side. There was no music playing after the playlist ran out and they spoke about how bad some covers of songs. When finishing up to leave, Heidi asked me "Are you tipping by card or cash?" which I honestly didn't think she deserved a tip at all, but I tipped $10 just to get out of there. Seriously worst service and experience I've had. Tips should be based on how well they perform and should never be asked for. I love tipping well for great service, which this experience did not warrant. I personally think that beauty treatments should be a relaxing positive experience. I was hoping to be a regular customer and visit with my family and friends, however I am now looking for a professional lash place. I would recommend going anywhere else but here. read more

Im use to live in California and I use to get my lash lifts done every 6 weeks and I never had an issue with them before. I moved to Spokane and I bought a Groupon for 3 lash lifts. I know my lashes dont lift well, but they still lift. The first time I went I had Ann and she was decent. My lashes lifted a little. Then I had the owner and she was good at talking me through what she was doing and my lashes did lift but not as much as when Ann did it. Both times not nearly as much as it should lift. This last time was with Hedi and she was the worst. She didn't talk me through how much was the timer on and how much do I have left etc. My lashes didn't lift and now they look horrible and I can't go get them lifted somewhere else till 6 weeks ! I don't recommend if you're going to go get your lashes done through here. I've bought eyelash lift kit before and done it my self at home and it lifts much more then this place. read more

It was a 1 minute walk from my hotel and so good for my soul! They were doing a private makeup session before it opened and the owner allowed me to sit in their cozy chairs and read my book until my appointment at 10. I had an appointment with Heidi at the fix brow and bar studio on July 14th that was made weeks prior. I walked in to aunties book store wearing a mask and walked up to the studio. I stood outside the studio reading all of the COVID postings with one saying you must wash your hands in the bathroom before entering the studio. I had not been acknowledged yet and after reading about washing your hands I asked Heidi "while I'm waiting where is the restroom to wash my hands. She rudely responded "do you have an appointment". I said yes and she asked my name and I told her. She then told me I needed to call before entering the building and I can't be up there waiting outside the studio on the wood floor. I said I made an appointment prior online, confused because I was there at 10:40am for my 10:45am appointment. She told me she couldn't have me up there and it was in on Facebook, email and text that I should have seen because of COVID. I apologized and said the online booking website did not say I had to call before entering the building after making a appointment prior and I did not receive an email or text notifying me about the new waiting outside requirements and if I had received a call to notify me before my appointment I would have waited outside and apologized. I then walked outside feeling disrespected as a customer. Heidi found that I was not in fact sent either email or text notifications after looking on the system but no apology. COVID is tough on all businesses right now trying to stay open but the blatant rude attitude was very unpleasant. I have gone to the studio before first in 2017 and never experienced such rude service. I cancelled my appointment for the day feeling uncomfortable about someone with that kind of attitude doing a service on my face. Very bad trust me. For doing my full face threading they charged $56. I mean sooo much for threading. Moreover they made a cut beside my chin and lips and forhead while threading.sweet behavior but it is so much fake i bet u. Firstly, they are over priced. Secondly, during my appointment with Elly she seemed to be pleasant and made conversation, but after I left I was informed by my friend who accompanied me she was making rude faces at some of my responses to her questions.. they did a so so job, but truthfully there are better salons in Spokane with nicer employees, more reasonable prices, and better results.
