I treated myself to my first facial in probably 7-8 years, as someone in the beauty industry this is a shame I tell you. I scheduled the Cashmere Custom Facial as I wanted to be guided in what they felt my skin needed. Ive been ready to try new skincare so I went in with an open mind. I had no idea what I was missing out on, truly. I had goosebumps multiple times because it was a sensory experience. Between every single thing that smelled incredible and Ruth's very firm but gentle touch (love that!), scalp, arm and hand massage...I was in heaven. I've only received a scalp massage like that from my massage therapist so I was thrilled. I had no idea what to expect when I laid down but by the time I walked out but I was blown away..and glowing. Consider me consistently rescheduled. Also, I'm very scent sensitive and it can trigger terrible migraines. Not a single product used caused any issues and I was happy to take home a couple products recommended to maintain at home. read more

Called to book services and masseuse was not in that day. Bummed but a few minutes later they called back and said she would come in. My friend and I both got massages and eyelash tint and curls. Staff all were super friendly and the tech who did our eyelashes was great and they look so good. Massage was literally the best I have had in a decade. Pressure was perfect. Wish I lived closer but will definitely go back when in town and will recommend to anyone in the area. read more

I can not give this salon enough Kudos and I'm as picky as they get for glam squad! I moved here just a few weeks ago and of course the very first thing I have to look for is someone who is able to do Brazilian waxes. It can be scary because you just never know who you are getting and what products they are using. I was promptly greeted in the salon was very cozy great Decor' and on the lower level of the Flour Mill downtown across from the arena. Brianna was my tech and what a warm sweet personality she had. I was in and out in less that 35 min today for a full Brazilian. Again, i've been waxing for well over 25 years and I have never had a less painful experience than what I had today! Product they use are hard wax with Borboleta Beauty and she provided and aftercare cream that was perfect. They are a full service skin care salon, make up, hair salon, micro skin care artistry and lash extensions which I hope to do in the very near future. The staff here is amazing. While they may be more than then local nail salon it would be worth every penny! This is the #1 choice in Spokane .. Omg !!!! Ruth Ruth Ruth the master has slayed my Brows!!! I admit I was nervous about letting anyone touch my browser and I can honestly say her hair strokes or perfection she listen to everything I needed her to do in order to give me the perfect color, shape and frame for my face! Being a lash client of Emily's, I decided to splurge on a bit of selfcare and purchased the March facial package. What an amazing experience, it was off the chart from any facial I have ever had and totally worth it. The facial was totally rejuvenating and the neck, shoulder and hand massage was such an unexpected treat. I can't wait for my next facial. Had a facial, no steam, reviewing of skin, just a mask and warm towels, however the neck chest and head massage was the best ! the full body massage was not a massage, more like a intense fast rub, very rushed, no stoking, no comparison, worse massage I have ever had! in addition it was very noisy in the spa voices and loud walking. wanted this to be a valentine treat, only to leave stressed! read more

Horrible experience! Suffered a terrible allergic reaction! My hair looked really cute when I left, when I got home, a had a painful bump on the back of my neck, my husband took a picture and I was disgusted by what I saw! I texted Jeni about it and sent her the pics. All she had to say was to take a Benadryl and it will eventually go away. Zero compassion! I've never had this bad of a reaction to any hair product or color. Terrible customer service! You guys suck, just received your response and I have had my neck shaved more times than I can count. She could've done a patch test for the color And who said I had sensitive skin. You guys were totally at fault, so don't even try to make excuses about how good you are! Just own your crap! I got my eyelashes done for the first time with Makayla for a big event and she did a wonderful job. I asked for a more natural look, so we did a classic eyelash with a lighter fill. She sized the lashes perfectly, so I had a wonderful natural-looking set of lashes. I thought I would keep them only for the event, but they look so good and they've retained so well that I'm filling them and keeping them for a few more weeks :) I also had a spray tan with Phoebe and she did an excellent job. She hand-sprayed, and was very thorough. The tan has a guide color that gets REALLY dark, but do not fear! I looked incredibly natural and golden brown after rinsing the next day. She matched the color perfectly, and I will definitely be back here for another spray tan. The only thing I didn't love about Cashmere is that you have to leave the spa to go to the restroom or to change. This is not their fault by any means, but the restroom (which is shared by the other shops in the Flour Mill) has no shelves or places to hold your stuff if you need to change prior to your treatment. So, plan accordingly if you need to change prior. Great spa, great service. Loved the prices and the people! Will definitely be back soon. read more

Everything about Cashmere is lovely. It is located in the basement of the flour mill- a staple in Spokane. I got a facial from Ruth and it was so relaxing and soothing. She uses top of the line products and you will leave feeling like a new woman (or man). I went to her specifically to help with some breakouts I had been dealing with and I saw a lot of improvement after Ruth worked her magic. I've also heard she is great at waxing: eyebrows and brazilian. I can't wait to go back and try some more of what cashmere has to offer! read more

New client in for an eyelash fill. First off, the salon is beautiful and located in a great location (inside the Flour Mill). Secondly, Andrea did an INCREDIBLE job! She was gentle yet very efficient. I went for a Hybrid fill, which I recommend because it looks natural and looks like you have eyeliner on. Went straight to the grocery store afterwards and was complimented on my eyelashes at checkout. Additionally, Andrea was very personable and has such a sweet soul! I honestly do not believe you can go wrong with any gal at Cashmere since they receive the same training together. I can feel the positive family vibe here. Ruth is amazing, she's gorgeous, stylish, so seriously talented, and so super nice. She does my lashes, which I cannot live without, and she does face and Brazilian waxes for me too. I've also gotten fantastic spray tans and a really awesome facial from her. (BTW, never thought I'd get a "lower" area wax because I'm a total wuss, but she makes it as pleasant and comfortable a process as it could possibly be.
