As a paying customer, I expect my preferences to be respected, even if they differ from what a technician might personally recommend. I visit a salon to receive a service that reflects my style and choices, and I should not feel judged or manipulated into changing my mind. I believe customer service should include listening to clients, respecting their decisions, and providing professional guidance without pressure or criticism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during this visit. The pedicure/ manicures are always hit and miss here. The last time I got my brows waxed they gave me a second degree burn. Today I got my first, and last, hair cut there. My stylist was a half hour late, barely even glanced at the pic of the cut I wanted, zero communication and the cut I received was no where what I wanted. I asked for natural lashes and it looked more like my daughter did them. Very full and too much cluster. They fell off within a week, and it was $125. I went back to get a fill, which on the menu it said would be $35 and the lash tech asked if I would like a new set to fix the problem. She said the fill would be the same price as a new set so I decided to show pictures and give it a chance. It took so long and didn't come out ANYTHJNG like I wanted. On top of the big tip, over charging and taking too long, I wouldn't ladies... they do pretty good on nails, but then again, my girls are 13 and 16. I took my niece to 7 wonders for a manicure and pedicure. We both got gel, nails and gel pedicures. My gal matched my colors up. Great they look exactly the same. My niece had black manicure nails and a different color pedicure. They also served us non-alcoholic drinks, which were delicious. They were very busy however everything was done exactly on time. They took us five minutes early and we got out of there in a reasonable amount of time. I will be going back to the salon. It was a great experience and I heard no one complain or seem unhappy about what was going on the vibe was out of this world. They deserve a 10+.. read more

I was looking forward to getting a pedicure and relaxing. Nope. I went with my girls ages 6 and 7 and asked for their nails to be painted. I said it multiple times. One person did a full pedicure for my 7 year old and the other person half ass painted my 6yo's nails. They tried charging 40 and 25. Both girls wanted a heart painted on their nails and for the 6yo they told me because she had sparkle top coat that she didn't need a heart- whatever. The 7yo also had a sparkle top coat. When I checked in I marked pedicure and mani for myself and the pedicure itself was so rushed it lasted maybe 25 minutes. I am not kidding that my feet barely touched the water and I was asked to take them out. Charged an extra $5 to put a clear polish coat over a cracked nail because they "fixed" it. Didn't put soap on my heels or scrub them but brought out that cheese grater thing and pieces of my skin were flying in the air. Then, rather than take the dead skin and dispose of it the lady dropped some of it on the floor and then DUMPED THE REST INTO THE WATER where my other foot was sitting! The pedicure itself was aggressive and hurt including the leg massage in which the nail tech kept using her fingernails. She kept asking "are you okay?" And I would say no, you're being too rough. As for the mani, I never even got it! That piece of paper when you check in they didn't keep it and wrote their arbitrary prices in pencil on a piece of paper. It was. 45 package with gel which would have added 15 so that would be 60. I kept being told 65 + the "fix" made 70. "I told you it was an extra 5 and your pedicure was 65". Idk why I even tipped 15. I should have given 0 but they make it so awkward and stand there and state into your soul while you pay. Total ended up being 105. 70 for a 25 minute pedicure and 35 between the two girls to get their nails painted and done half ass. Pressure to upgrade, rushed through and to top it all off my big toenail is now becoming ingrown. One day after I had swelling/discomfort and now my toe is red and angry. The outer potion of my nail is cut lower than I thought possible!? Definitely upset that I paid for an infected toe, I will never go back. I came in for a pedicure. I am 39 weeks pregnant and have been looking forward to splurging and pampering myself before the baby comes. I got a nail tech named David and he was extremely rude. He tried telling me I asked for something that I didn't ask for. When I asked about my color options he threw a fit and threw his nail polish down and caused a scene in the entire room, blaming me for asking for the wrong service. His attitude was horrible and I was uncomfortable the entire time. The service itself was shit. The worst pedicure/polish/non massage I've ever received. I ended up talking to the front desk at the end of my service. He shouldn't be allowed to work here. He's manipulative and rude. Never get a service from David! read more

I worked as an Esthetician awhile ago so I was familiar with the procedure. Crystal was awesome, very professional and took her time to explain each step as my appointment progressed. I never felt rushed and it was very relaxing. She didn't try to push any products at the end. I felt that Crystal's facial was one of the best I have had. She also does pedicures and manicures so the next time I am in town I will definitely request her for my next pedicure as she pays great attention to detail. Getting a pedicure is a big splurge for me! I went here today with my son and was treated so poorly. The technician I had rushed through the entire pedicure and didn't even care enough to cover the whole nail with polish. I had to ask him to redo two of them because it was so bad. I should have asked for the entire pedicure to be redone. He then tried to take my drink away when it was still half full and when I said I was still drinking he went to a neighboring nail tech and talked crap about me. He pretty much gave me a 10 minute nail painting that looked like it was done by my 7 year old then told me to leave now because his seats are "really popular". My feet look worse than when I went in. Not to be too mean, but he should be fired. I will not go back here ever again and I'm very disappointed I wasted my money. read more

Getting my nails done at this place today was horrific. The man that was doing my nails was very aggressive and acted like he was in the biggest hurry of his life. I was one of the first clients in this morning, and he was extremely rough and when he was sanding my polish, he nicked my skin in various locations and tonight my hands are super sore. I even asked him. Are you in a hurry, I gave him a very small tip and then he even asked about that. He didn't deserve more than two dollars. Save your money. Don't go there. These salon owners and technicians need to realize they are providing a service. This service should be relaxing. it shouldn't hurt and you shouldn't feel bullied or pressured about a tip. read more

I requested the $50 package and ended up being charged $65 for gel that I didn't ask for. The quality of the nail polish was trash, and you can see all of the different textures in each layer of the white polish. I couldn't even tell you who did my nails because no one wore name tags, but she definitely gave me low-key an ingrown toenail. The vibes of the salon definitely gave slave and slave owner. i'm not from Spokane, I was just visiting and that is the treatment I received. I also thought the usual time for a good package pedicure was 1 hour. I was here for 30 minutes. You guys really need to work on these things read more

!!!!!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! I got a pedicure 11/6/24 at 5:00pm and 1 hour later my legs were on fire and blistering around my ankles. They were painful to the touch, swollen, and hot to the touch. I went to the doctor the morning of 11/7/24 and was diagnosed with DERMATITIS on the calves/shins and CELLULITES around both ankles where the blisters formed. I now have to be on a topical STEROID and ANTIBIOTIC for 10 days. This was caused by the pedicure from bacteria and not using properly cleaned tools and equipment and was put on a topical steroid and antibiotics. Since my feet are fine and it is my legs I am assuming it had to do with not properly cleaned towels. After they exfoliated which opened my pores and they wrapped the hot towel around my legs which allowed the bacteria into my pores. SO GROSS!!!!!!! read more

My husband and I went there for pedicures about 6 weeks ago and had the best pedicures ever. We went today and had the opposite experience. It was probably the fastest pedicure I've ever had. Mine was finished way before my husband even with having my toenails painted. My heels are still rough and it looks like I painted my toenails myself. We paid for the #3 option ($50). went here last weekend to get a pedicure. i wanted to treat myself so i got the deluxe package which costs 75 dollars with the gel. the entire thing was super rushed and the massage only lasted a few minutes despite me paying extra for it. the woman who was doing my pedicure cut my toe so bad that it bled for the entire appointment. i also saw her put the tool she cut me with that had blood on it into her kit again. i payed and then went home that night my toe hurt so bad i could barely sleep woke up and it is super infected. she didn't even offer a discount for cutting me so bad. will never ever return it's clear that they do not take sanitary practices seriously. i spent 75 dollars and now i had to spend more money to go to urgent care and get antibiotics ! read more

The gentleman doing my manicure and pedicure was a bit unpleasant, gave little effort in his work and came across as if he could care less about my experience. My manicure was a dry manicure. I got cut a couple of times with slight bleeding. My pedicure was basically just multiple scrubs, wax, gentle rubbing of the calf's and feet. I thought I might try coming back and seeing if it will be a better experience with another employee, but I haven't decided yet. I wouldn't recommend this nail salon. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I went in with my mom today and the guy who did her nails didn't give her what she had asked for. She had wanted a gradient, the employee didn't blend any of it and used a toothpick to spread the glitter. She was supposed to get the powder but instead got just normal nail polish that she didn't want. Towards the end the worker got nail polish on her hand and when she questioned him, he did absolutely nothing about it. When her and I had finished he repeatedly asked her if she liked it. I got the $50 pedicure and got gel. I went with my daughter and the guys doing our pedicures seemed to be racing to see who could finish first. Well let's just say mine was first. My toenails chipped within a day and I was pretty angry. Total price was $65 plus tip. My daughter's was more expensive?... because she got a different color. Just not somewhere I think I will go in the future. I want someone to give a poop about service when spending this much money on something non-essential. Your business lacks a certain candor and is slipping since the day you opened. I won't be back. Won't recommend this place and will tell everyone I see to avoid this place at all costs. Expensive.
