My husband and I went there for pedicures about 6 weeks ago and had the best pedicures ever. We went today and had the opposite experience. It was probably the fastest pedicure I've ever had. Mine was finished way before my husband even with having my toenails painted. My heels are still rough and it looks like I painted my toenails myself. We paid for the #3 option ($50). Soooo not worth it. The lady that did my pedicure just rushed so she could go to the next client. Very disappointed. read more

!!!!!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! I got a pedicure 11/6/24 at 5:00pm and 1 hour later my legs were on fire and blistering around my ankles. They were painful to the touch, swollen, and hot to the touch. I went to the doctor the morning of 11/7/24 and was diagnosed with DERMATITIS on the calves/shins and CELLULITES around both ankles where the blisters formed. I now have to be on a topical STEROID and ANTIBIOTIC for 10 days. This was caused by the pedicure from bacteria and not using properly cleaned tools and equipment and was put on a topical steroid and antibiotics. Since my feet are fine and it is my legs I am assuming it had to do with not properly cleaned towels. After they exfoliated which opened my pores and they wrapped the hot towel around my legs which allowed the bacteria into my pores. SO GROSS!!!!!!! read more

went here last weekend to get a pedicure. i wanted to treat myself so i got the deluxe package which costs 75 dollars with the gel. the entire thing was super rushed and the massage only lasted a few minutes despite me paying extra for it. the woman who was doing my pedicure cut my toe so bad that it bled for the entire appointment. i also saw her put the tool she cut me with that had blood on it into her kit again. i payed and then went home that night my toe hurt so bad i could barely sleep woke up and it is super infected. she didn't even offer a discount for cutting me so bad. will never ever return it's clear that they do not take sanitary practices seriously. i spent 75 dollars and now i had to spend more money to go to urgent care and get antibiotics ! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I went in with my mom today and the guy who did her nails didn't give her what she had asked for. She had wanted a gradient, the employee didn't blend any of it and used a toothpick to spread the glitter. She was supposed to get the powder but instead got just normal nail polish that she didn't want. Towards the end the worker got nail polish on her hand and when she questioned him, he did absolutely nothing about it. When her and I had finished he repeatedly asked her if she liked it. I got the $50 pedicure and got gel. I went with my daughter and the guys doing our pedicures seemed to be racing to see who could finish first. Well let's just say mine was first. My toenails chipped within a day and I was pretty angry. Total price was $65 plus tip. My daughter's was more expensive?... because she got a different color. Just not somewhere I think I will go in the future. I want someone to give a poop about service when spending this much money on something non-essential. Your business lacks a certain candor and is slipping since the day you opened. I won't be back. Won't recommend this place and will tell everyone I see to avoid this place at all costs. Expensive. Rude. Horrible service. Update: August 2024 I went back and got a cute little old lady who did a fabulous job. It seems some of the men do not give service at all and I will not tip on those times I get service that was below standard. This lady made me understand that the women work very hard. Disappointed with the service. Will not return. There were three of us getting mani/pedis, all the same services. My nail tech could not speak or understand English. My sister-in-laws nail tech wreaked of cigarettes. The three of them spoke back and forth in their native language a good portion of the time, which I feel is rude. Two of them had food crumbs on their clothing. We were not charged the same, even though I tried to communicate we all wanted the same services. Communicating was too difficult. It was impossible to get tech to understand my questions. We were charged different amounts! If I could give this place a zero I would. JD did my nails and they look absolutely awful. She didn't cut my cuticles and left chrome all around my nails. She didn't lotion my hands afterward and put so much oil on my hands I couldn't even grip my phone without it slipping and rushed me out because SHE was running behind and other clients were waiting. I didn't get what I asked for whatsoever and was so rudely rushed out of the chair after she half assed my nails I ended up having to pay $80 FOR. I proceeded to ask the front desk if someone could just do my cuticles and clean up my nails and they said either I had to wait for JD to be done with her other clients (which would've taken over an hour) or I would be charged to have my cuticles cut and my nails cleaned up. Absolutely horrible customer service and will never go back and recommend you do the same. Not how a business should ever be ran I'm truly disgusted. read more

I typically do my own gel nails and toenails. I haven't had a pedicure in years and have been wanting to treat myself for the massage aspect of the pedicure. I sat down at 3:58 and was paid and out the door by 4:18. My bill was $70. $45 for a "medium" package pedicure that included maybe not even 2 minutes of a leg massage and some scrub. An extra $10 for the gel polish. And a $10 tip plus taxes. I'm so upset that I wasted $70 for a job I could've done. If you want an actual leg/ foot massage don't go here. Their polish job was fine. Normal if not rushed even. Nothing I couldn't have done myself! Lesson learned. They rush people in and out like cattle! Just trying to save someone else $70. read more

Horrible experience!! 5 of us went in and we all had such bad service. They are rude if you only get the lowest level of mani or pedi and they try to upsell gel polish an annoying amount of times. One lady was rude about us not picking gel. Employees just sit on their phones all around and will even be picking at their toes in "clean" pedi chairs. It's embarrassing. read more

I went to get a new set of nails. She removed the old nails, cut my own so short and then put acrylic on. I questioned her about it. Her response was not understandable. I again told her of my desires. By now she is polishing them. Now I could not wait to get out of there and never go back. The manicurist spoke horrible English, so perhaps it was the lack of her to understand, I really don't know. The cashier offered to have them fixed, but I had an appointment and could not do it then. The only reason I'm giving this two stars is because my nails look great, I am a college student and I wanted to splurge a little bit and get my nails done, I've gotten my nails done here before and it was only $50 for gel and design, which is very reasonable. I looked the day before I made my appointment and priced out in my head how much it should be a full set for me would be around $80 with design and everything according to the prices online. But boy was I wrong. The total came out to $110. I think this is ridiculous and they tried to justify it by saying that he took a long time to work on my nails but the main reason he took a long time because I told him what I wanted and he didn't do what I wanted, he would ask if I liked it, and I told him stuff like " no I want straight nails not curved" and I said these things multiple times before and during. I have a lot more to say about my experience here but bottom line this was really unfair and they need to update their prices online, I'm so disappointed I'm never coming back. read more

I am not much for leaving reviews, but in all of my 61 years I have never been treated in such a bizarre way at any business. I visited this salon for a pedicure, and as I was picking out my polish, my technician approached and immediately began trying to convince me to get a gel pedicure and not a regular pedicure. I thanked him and said I was good with the regular polish, but he didn't let up. I had to repeat several times regular polish was fine. He took me to the pedicure station and continued to tsk tsk me for not getting gel. Then he handed me the menu of services and I said I would like the basic pedicure. I can't even describe what happened next... he went into this weird smiling passive-aggressive voice telling me...'Ahhh...you cheap...cheap, cheap, cheap. You should go to salon behind building- pedicure is only $10 because you're cheap. Get cheap pedicure". This went on and on. It took me a while to realize that he was really saying these things. Laughing and shaking his head. Asking if my name was 'Cheap'. I am embarrassed to say that I did not get up then and there and just left. I was kind of shocked and stunned, and didn't know quite what to do. The comments from him continued and I just sat there getting angrier and angrier. Now I am mostly mad at myself for not saying anything. I will never set foot in this salon again. read more
