I knew I wanted silicone implants, fullness at the top, and for them to sit close together--just like they were before nursing my kids. Dr. Morimoto seemed confident in her ability, and after waiting and saving for years, I was excited. After surgery, I couldn't wait to see the results. But when I was finally allowed to unwrap them, I was heartbroken. They didn't look any bigger than before, and I knew they were still swollen. My right breast was also black and blue. I called the office, and Dr. Morimoto told me she could redo them--for almost another $5,000. I felt stuck. If I went somewhere else, I'd have to pay the full price all over again. At the time, I was actively competing in bodybuilding, and most other doctors wouldn't even see me for at least six months to allow for healing. Dr. Morimoto said it would be better to go back in quickly, before scar tissue formed. After several conversations, I agreed to have her redo them and paid the additional $2,800 we had agreed upon. But on the morning of the surgery, I got an email from her office saying I wouldn't be happy with the outcome. I panicked. Just hours before surgery, I spoke with Dr. Morimoto again, expressing all of my concerns and asking why I received that message. She reassured both me and my husband, swearing she understood what I wanted and could deliver those results. I went through with the second surgery--and I wish I never had. Yes, they were bigger. But they were heavy and saggy, and I ended up with stretch marks near my armpits. My breasts looked like "rocks in a sock." My nipples pointed in different directions, and I felt like Sid from Ice Age. I even had a nightmare about it. I know that may sound silly, but I had put so much time, money, and effort into my body. I was devastated. My husband was so kind through all of it. We scheduled a video consult with Dr. Messa--the same surgeon who did my original procedure in Florida. I had wanted to go back to him in the first place, but traveling for surgery was difficult and expensive. After many conversations with my husband, we decided it was worth it. I flew to Florida for surgery, and the difference was unbelievable. My results are beautiful. I had hardly any swelling, and the healing process was night and day compared to what I went through before. Even my husband said, "Wow--what a huge difference." Dr. Morimoto is extremely detail-oriented and meticulous, which gave me so much confidence in her work. She did an outstanding job, especially with minimizing scarring--she's truly an artist! I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Morimoto and her team to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate, and professional surgical experience. Thank you for everything!

By the time I went to see Dr. Stiller, I had had several consultations in my area for the…read morereconstruction of my right breast. I had been told by other surgeons that all that could be done in order for me to have a breast on my right side, would be to do "flap reconstruction" because I didn't have much breast tissue left due to too many surgeries to the right breast. This would've entailed one week of hospitalization and about $100,000. that I would never be able to afford, and my health insurance wouldn't cover it because it wasn't medically necessary. I was so discouraged and figured I would just have to spend the rest of my life with only one breast. I then found Dr. Stiller. Dr. Stiller was very pleasant, helpful, answered all my questions, and his staff is unbelievably kind and attentive. Dr. Stiller, said he could reconstruct my breast with a small breast implant and fat grafting. I left his office that day full of hope. Dr. Stiller is not only a very talented surgeon, but he is also an artist. I have had two successful surgeries. First, I had a tummy tuck with liposuction, breast revision with lift (left breast), and breast augmentation (right breast; for the second surgery Dr. Stiller suggested I wait 3 months after the first surgery to allow the tissue to heal before doing fat transplant to the right breast to complete reconstruction. Dr. Stiller and his staff are unbelievably wonderful, informative and extremely caring. Recovery after my second surgery a week ago, is going well for me, no problems whatsoever. Not only did I have reconstructive surgery to my breast, but I now have an hourglass figure, that allows me to wear anything with much confidence! absolutely recommend Dr. Stiller! He is truly an artist, and I will definitely return to him in the future if I want or need another procedure. I am very impressed with this team of professionals, they work smoothly together and provide the best service to deliver exceptional result.

I addressed my concerns with Dr Stiller and he agreed to another surgery to make the breasts the same size. I didn't want to have the surgery again! After the second surgery, but again my breasts were uneven! I don't want to go through another surgery, so I am going to have to live with uneven BREASTS once again! I was also left with a horrible scar under my left breast! I do not recommend Dr Stiller!! I also decided that I wanted to do micro-needling done on my face to even out my complexion. OMG! It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had! Following my procedure, my face looked like a road map with the pigment uneven with spots all over it. I shouldn't have had it done. The esthetician's room was very dirty and gross! I went to my Dermatologist, and he is helping me with my complexion which takes several months to even out my skin tone!! My Boyfriend went to Dr Stiller's esthetician to help with his Rosacea. She recommended several expensive lotions that did nothing and his Rosacea was worse than ever! We are so disappointed and she should not ever be allowed to touch another humans face!!

Once upon a time, I had a nose job. YA RLY!…read more This review is about eleven years late (yes, I was fourteen) but there was no Yelp then. I don't think I even had the internet yet for that matter. Isn't this the best, though? A long-term review of a cosmetic surgery? Everyone wants to know what they can expect after the fact, and this, my friends, is what to expect from Dr. Adams. We were referred to Dr. Adams by my dad's boss - his wife was a surgical nurse in the office and recommended him highly. (of course she did, for all I know, he signed her paycheck.) Well, from what I remember of the process, Dr. Adams was amazing. As was his entire staff. He understood that this process scared the ba-jesus out of me. I wasn't totally aware of what has happening at every visit. I had (real!) Polaroids taken of my face from every possible angle. This was a pain in the ass, but I am glad, now, because hey... who wants Michael Jackson's nose? 'Eh? Anyway, I felt like the whole thing proceeded quickly. (for the record, I didn't have much say in whether or not I'd have the operation.) But he explained everything I was to expect, and all other details that celebrity rags and tv shows never elaborate on. I didn't sleep the night before (duh) and was extremely nervous for the whole thing. We arrived at his office and we got all the paperwork and pre-op stuff taken care of. I remember the nurse (dad's boss's spouse) talking to me while I was about to go under. She was so, so sweet and comforting. I remember that she held my hands and asked me questions about school. And then I woke up. All at once, I realized I'd fallen asleep in the middle of our conversation and was struck with just how rude it must have seemed! I now realize that I was 14, and she probably didn't care and wasn't offended in the slightest... at any rate. The post-surgical staff tended to me quickly after I woke up. I was told that I could expect severe black eyes for about two weeks or more... but that a cold compress would help with the swelling. I went home the same day, and promptly threatened to barf all over the car from the.... drainage... down the back. (Since I was stitched and bandaged up the wazoo in front.) I remember sleeping for the better part of three days, then at some point removing the bandaging under my nose. I did not have any bruises OR swelling! I'm a medical miracle! A few weeks later, Dr. Adams took out my stitches (FYI - second most painful experience I've ever had in my whole life) and bandages and told me more of what I could expect to see and experience from here on out. Eleven years later, I am not shy about my experience and LOVE shocking people when I tell them. "You? Nooooo that's not a rhinoplasty!" Yes, my friends, it is.
