At first, I was a bit nervous, but Kayla took a cautious approach and trimmed it gradually. She'd take a couple inches off and asked how I felt, until we reached the desired length. I loved the results! The way she layered it is beautiful and makes it really easy to style. Then, it was time to fix the patchy multicolor mess that resulted from too many at-home coloring sessions due to COVID.
