I gave them my name and number and then they completely ghosted me. What frustrates me the most is not just the bad service, it's the fact that no one cared. No follow-up, no accountability, no refund. If Sweet Peach wants to call itself a professional beauty business, maybe they should start by hiring women who are actually skilled in the services they offer, not just people who couldn't pass a math class and thought being an esthetician would be "easy."
