They have a tremendous number of options as well! When I moved to the area I had to find a new dermatologist and settled on Dr Townsend at North Idaho dermatology. I couldn't be more happy about that decision. I really appreciate her approach to care, and the way that she's willing to discuss things and research things really helps make decisions. The office itself is quite nice, I don't know anything about the spa. The staff here is all friendly. And the medical assistance all seem very professional and are also very good at their jobs. I have had some issues with the billing department, working with my insurance. But I think that that's pretty standard for a doctor's office especially a specialist. So again, I don't know anything about any of the other doctors but I really appreciate working with Dr Townsend.

She couldn't find it and asked another sales associate, who also didn't know what I was referring to in their holiday mailer. So I gave up. Since I was there, I decided to look for a mini roller ball perfume, however they had little selection to choose from. When I actually found a perfume I wanted, guess what? They didn't have it in stock. The sales associate let me know I could order it while in-store and have it shipped directly to my home, which I agreed to. At least I discovered that if they're out of stock of a certain item, you can have it shipped to your home for free.
