well, it's Walmart folks and there's no bells and whistles here although I think that their new system of checkout is pretty pathetic. It's even hard to determine if you're paying with anything let alone in cash or card that being said the store is clean. They care about the customers I think for the most part and you got more cops here than there is at a donut shop. Gives off the vibe that they don't trust her customers at all that's not a good look.

I LOST MY Crimsome and Brass rose!!! Its a " URN " !!! I Lost it in Airway Heights. At Walmart !! Please Help!!! On Friday the Dec 4th @ 8pm I was married for 29yrs , in Nov. 2019 my husband was diagnosed with late stage 4 lung to bone cancer he passed 4mos later March 29,2020 My daughters bought a crimson and brass long stem rose that holds his tiny amount of his ashes in the bud of the rose. My daughters ordered it for me thru the funeral home. so I would hv something to feel close to him, to love to touch and hold, and to lay upon his pillow..I would have a way for him to be me.. So not to be alone.. .....I'm broken... I would like to get him back !! I need him !!.. its terrible to think that a part of him is out there floating around in his rose. I can't bear to think of him getting passed around being sold, traded, gifted or even stolen. when the solder fails that keeps the ashes in and if the person finds his ashes they may not know what they are or throw them out Please, I'm begging for whom ever found it .. Please please ..contact me so I can get him back I was shopping at Walmart and did the self checkout. I had set him down in the front of basket while I finished up scanning and paying for myand left. I went out to my car and loaded my. groceries in. car..I. returned the cart to the kart returned leaving him in basket. right in front of the entry on grocery side. I have lost him before and the person didn't turn it in to security. I just happened to see her carrying it out the door and was able to get him back.. Its definitely a cool piece ..I get lots of compliments on it and Im ask where I got it...unfortunately usually someone has paid the ultimate sacrifice to get one ... My rose is out there... and it breaks my heart i've lost it. **please, if you have seen a BRASS rose with red petals please reply back to me, DM me, comment, again -- it was lost at WALMART in AIRWAY HEIGHTS -- it means everything to me to get it back. ** Walmart is not being very clear with the step need to get the tapes reviewed...

Updating. I've had excellent service from customer service but the managers and some cashiers…read morehaven't been as helpful. This was previously a 5 star review from my experiences with customer service. I run a nonprofit horse rescue and get coupons from Purina for horse feed. I have frequent problems with them, but today was the worst. I was running behind and despite my clear communication that I was giving her 3 coupons (said 3 times), she only rung up one. We had already swiped the card, so she had to process a refund. I expressed I was running short on time and she said it would be quick. She then processed an EXCHANGE and called us "even" and wanted to ring me back up for the 2 coupons she had missed. So she wanted me to buy 2 bags of senior feed ($29) at full price, not need or get a real exchange, then pay the discounted price ($9) for the same two bags. At this point a manager (Jim) had come up and was backing her up saying it all made sense and that we were "even." Though I had been charged too much and not refunded anything and they wanted more of my money. I asked him for reassurance this wouldn't happen again and he just mansplained that the job was hard. No apologies, nothing. The customer service rep (Sheila) was the only thing that saved the situation by understanding the situation and taking over to help process our refund and get our coupons applied. I spend hundreds of dollars in this store weekly, and this situation has me considering finding a new feed store that actually supports nonprofits and the coupons we need to keep working. If I do go back, Sheila will be the only reason. I am extremely disappointed in this situation.

Yesterday (Sunday) I went in to get my line put on my new fly reel. I am just getting started on…read morefly fishing. Chip was such a big help getting me all set up. Chip also gave me some great tips on fly fishing and areas to go. Whenever I am up here visiting family, I love coming in and chatting with Chip and the other staff too. Thank you Chip for always being so kind and helpful!

The cashier was downright rude. Diana got upset because I wanted to buy a carton of cigarettes…read more There were no cartons, I stated to give me however many packs make a carton. I had to repeat what I wanted. Suddenly I was holding up her line, and I was told that I needed to be more prepared when I go shopping. She started to get a nasty attitude with me. Since buying cigarettes requires identification, I presented a Military ID Card. She got mad because it wouldn't scan, it scans, just need a manager's override. I was informed that the Fred Meyer's does not accept any type of Military ID, as they are bogus forms of identification. When I produced my driver's license, she suggested that it too may be bogus. Discrimination towards those who serve. When she was done, I told her Merry Christmas, and to learn some tact. I got Merry F*ing Christmas and to shop somewhere else. If Active/Retired Military Cards are so bogus, please post that Fred Meyers promotes discrimination towards veterans and Military ID is not accepted. Excuse me for having to run an errand, excuse me for living near-by, excuse me for being a customer.

The customer service agent would not tell me his name but I spoke with him at 730pm at customer service number. He did not give me the correct information and should have referred me to the manager. Instead he played games on the phone, called me names, and to think he is getting paid to be rude and condescending to your customers and his as well. Instead of being rude to the customer, if you don't like your job then quit. Don't take your miserable existence out on the poor customer who got ripped off. When Fred Meyers stores all close down, this so called customer service agent may want to invest in a different job just think he might actually have to work. I ordered 209.00 in groceries and did not receive the 13.99 toilet paper or kitty litter for 15.99. They also never gave me the cake or grapes that I ordered. I did not receive half of my order and yeah I am very unhappy. Warning to other shoppers avoid this store. It's unclean and unkempt and needs to be seriously assessed for this alone. This guy customer service agent you'd think he would be happy to have a job but not him. Think about the way you treat people because when you're out of a job then what????
