On the bottom floor of the bookstore (with GREAT acoustics, mind you) sat two people who were having such a loud conversation that it echoed throughout the entire place. Not the worst thing I suppose but this convo happened to be full of f-bombs and just generally negative and nasty comments. The store is large, they have a good selection, for the most part everything is organized well (their freezer section could use a redo). But the biggest thing about super One is they have a lunch/deli / hot bar counter. So what about the Post Falls super One? First of all, it's not as large as the Coeur d'Alene location. It's also not as well laid out. It has one of those confusing mazes at the opening of the store to get into it and to get into some of the sections. It's also not quite as well laid out. I have a harder time finding things when I'm here. The staff is all super friendly and helpful, no complaints there. So again, I don't like grocery stores, I would rather, much rather, go to the super One in Coeur d'Alene. But if you're in Post Falls this is better than most grocery stores in the area.

I talked to Kelly who pulled the yarn in question with others that coordinate well. She also had a picture of the yarns texted to me so I could see for myself. Walked all the way across the store with me to aggressively explain how the advertisement of the products work. As a customer I don't really care. If I see something that looks to be on sale and I want it, I'll buy it. When she walked me through the store she said that if she agreed that the advertisement was misleading she would honor the price. She also said multiple time that many people had thought this item was on sale today. Then when we got to the product she continued to aggressively explain how the advertisement of sale items works. Since she refused to honor the advertised price I grabbed cheaper items to exchange. When I got back up to the customer service counter she was very passive aggressive about the exchange. Whole experience put a sour taste in my mouth. I used to enjoy this Walmart as it's clean and organized and well stocked compared to the one closer to me, but after this experience I won't be returning.
