I was dropping off donations once and a British woman hollered out, "Don't bring any clothes. We are NOT accepting clothes right now. We have TOO MANY clothes!" I filled out a piece of paper and was told this paper would allow them to contact me to do that. They took 20 items for $10. I wanted to get my items back and take them elsewhere. When I got there and told them I'd like them back, they told me they were already on the floor and it was not possible to get them back. They said I should have signed up for a call ahead. Which I was under the impression I did given the paperwork I filled out. So, I lost 20 items for $10 and they had no remorse or apology for the miscommunication. I have no interest in doing anymore business with them. Please beware of taking things there to sell. You are not their priority. They will take your things, give you chump change for them and send you on your way.

What an absolute joke of a "business." You want to buy some furniture here? Fine (but be aware the…read moreseller is getting screwed). You want to sell some furniture here? Do NOT do it! In fact, run far, far away. Even if your item sells within days, they'll go ahead and hold your payment for a full 100 days from when they put it out on the floor (for a place that doesn't allow returns, this makes zero sense). After those 100 days, they'll take their sweet time actually putting those checks in the mail, and then, surprise, surprise, somehow the check will get "lost" in the mail. They've been rude and dismissive all along, and at this point, they have stopped replying to me and it seems like they see no problem just keeping the money I'm owed. Would give negative stars if possible, and I'm baffled this place continues to exist being managed in such unethical manner.
