Oh, I had no idea that blades on a mower were ever supposed to be "not sharp". Not expecting a finish mower, I got one of those. I guess this guy is smarter than AI. See pictures below. I added some of the y-blades (duller than a butter knife) and the amazing cutting performance after 3 passes driving 0.2 miles per hour (maybe slower ). I will avoid this establishment at all costs. Worst customer service I have dealt with. David Primmer knows nothing about the products he sells. He doesn't know what a flail mower is designed to do. He sold me a $4000 unit with blades that were not even sharpened, had no ability to troubleshoot the issues I was having with the mower, and couldn't even give me a contract to call to troubleshoot. He sold me a mower manufactured in 2024 as a "2026 Ironcraft Fl-165". There is no branding on the mower to even identify that it is an Ironcraft mower. Oh and funny how I can search for the exact unit nationwide, and find it for sale at prices ranging from $2150-2800, but Cascade wants to retail it at $3895. Hmmm. But David says that's old data. Tells me it's normal that it windrows in tall grass and that I should've bought a brush hog if I wanted a better cut. Pretty sure you got that backwards. But it's my fault because I didn't do enough research. He can't take criticism for failing on his end to be a liaison for a customer having an issue. As a dealer, that is YOUR JOB!!! You're representing Ironcraft selling their product, yet you won't stand behind it when it doesn't function in the way it was designed. The guy wants to cry because I called him out. Learn basic customer service and conflict resolution if you're going work in your business. I asked for the owner and the Ironcraft rep to contact me, and David decided to take this whole matter personally and deny me that ability. Offering me $450 doesn't fix a mower that performs poorly. If you want a trustworthy company with integrity, steer far away from these guys. Disappointed that I even purchased anything from them. David got my business and that's all he cares about. I will avoid this place for any service or future purchases.

The first package was returned to sender -- no idea why because I've had zero issue getting my mail at this address from other retailers. I also had to ask for my tracking number even though my online receipt said they would send a follow up email once my package has shipped with tracking info. They don't answer their phone or return voicemails so it's impossible to get ahold of anyone to get my issue resolved. In fact it seems like they intentionally hang up and ignore calls because some calls are sent to voicemail after a 4 or 10 seconds and some 40 seconds. My email has been unanswered for several days. I had asked for the updated tracking number because it's been yet another week and still no package... 4 weeks just for some premixed soil is ridiculous and I just want a refund at this point and I probably won't get one because they are unresponsive. If you aren't going to answer your phone or emails or have proper invoicing and follow up emails for online orders then don't run an online store. ‍‍‍‍

A variety of cute little plants and she was most helpful telling me how to care for things as I have the biggest brown thumb. I picked out a cute little succulent and a tiny pot. She took the time to pot it for me and tell me how to care for it. She mentioned there was macrame classes but currently nothing scheduled. This is a super popular thing and sounds interesting to learn about. I would have never known this quaint little shop was here had she not signed up for a Yelp event.
