The woman was extremely rude to my 70 year old mother and literally told her she should read the small print online next time. She told her that a truck reservation does not mean you are guaranteed a truck when you get there. I am astounded at the horrible service and seriously, why are you taking on line truck reservations if you have no truck available? Never use this company! Especially this location.

Don't rent from this location if you like to be on schedule. Awful customer service and very unprofessional. Ruined our schedule for moving our things that day as we were on a timeline. Stay away from Budget Truck rental on N Division in Spokane Washington. I'm not sure if this is how Budget conducts business at all their truck rental locations. If so, they need to get their "stuff" together or close shop. Plenty of other places to rent from.

However, when I arrived…read moreto pick the vehicle up, the additional fees were far different from what I was quoted - Hotwire had screwed something up and I was expected to pay far more. Zak - the person whom I spoke with at the counter, quickly understood that the problem was Hotwire's. I contacted Hotwire, and Zak got Dan (his manager). Apparently it is a common problem for Hotwire to do this, and through quick action on the behalf of Dan, Hotwire cancelled my contract and refunded me - and then Dan and Zak were able to provide me a car at the same rate I booked with Hotwire. Turning the car back in was super easy, and I am extremely satisfied. Watching Dan turn into a Karen and ask for the Hotwire person's manager was the best entertainment I could have possibly had on a busy day of Christmas travel. Thank you, Zak and Dan, for a SOLID customer service experience! I highly recommend Thrifty Rent a Car at the airport!

It was an add for a book now pay later ad. So I take the bus all the way down to the airport only to be told my debit card isn't accepted it has to be a credit card. I'm trying to rent a car so I can go car shopping because my car broke down. Fuck you guys! I will never ever go here ever again and I will tell everyone I know what a horrible company you are. I figured maybe I could still get out of there quickly. Nope. It's now 10:10 AM and I'm still standing here, waiting to be helped. When I called to ask why they were late, they gaslit me--saying I was supposed to call them when I arrived at the body shop. That was never explained to me during booking. The office is clearly understaffed. There's a full waiting room and only one person working the entire desk. The guy seems nice, but he's also telling customers stories that don't match what they were told. It's chaotic, slow, and honestly disrespectful of people's time. I was supposed to be in and out by 10:00. Instead, I'm stuck standing around while my schedule falls apart. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. This location is not worth the headache.

Since location was closed I waited until Monday at 9 a.m. to call and was told they had no car for me, not to come in because there was no car. They would call. At 2 I called, still no car but they told me they would call in an hour. No call. Today, Tuesday, no call all day. Not the first time I have not had a car available at this location. But second time=last time! Used the E Francis location.

My wife and I came here to use a Uhaul to move her stuff from Kendall Yards to Eagle Ridge, and back to the store. That's a total of 17-18MILES (because math is easy and Google maps is free smh) and we were charged for DOUBLE. The gas was also NOT at what they told us when we used the truck. I returned it with more gas than originally was in the truck in the first place. Hear me out, normally I make sure I provide photo evidence but I've moved three times in the city (I'm active duty military) and had NO issues with Uhaul. But I was told the only way to dispute what happens was to have photos instead of owning up to someone's mistake in the establishment. Piss poor. Stay away from here.

The truck had 1/4 tank of gas when I started, so I had to fill up in Pullman. I put $216 of gas in the tank and then noticed a fuel leak. I was able to get a replacement truck in Moscow, but I had to fill up that truck too. I worked with UHaul to get reimbursed for the gas I couldn't use, sending receipts, pictures, and video, but the ultimate decision came down to the Spokane store manager, Ryan. He denied my claim because he didn't think I could have put that much gas in the truck. UHaul's site says the truck has a 60 gal tank. Gas was $4.50/gal. Do the math, Ryan. He was completely unhelpful. I had to file a claim with my credit card company instead. Good luck to any who have to deal with this moron.
