I was in need of their service. The response time was quick, friendly, and earnest. An appointment was scheduled to meet at my home for an assessment. Unfortunately, the company representative was a "no show". I contacted the office and was told that, my appointment was forgotten and will call me back. I waited for that call back. Then, I received a Yelp message from the owner saying that, my voicemail was giving a weird message. That part I don't understand. I didn't bother responding to the Yelp message. I believe in service and reliability. If a company misses an appointment and the consumer has to make the contact to figure out the issue, that speaks of the company's reliability. Super happy with this company! I wanted to surprise my sister with moving her baby grand piano in while she was out of the house. Christina was very proactive with providing me all the information I wanted and more when I was just looking into using their company. John and the other two men had a long drive on dirt roads, carefully took apart and wrapped the piano, safely trucked it over to the house, and waited for me to give them the go ahead to bring the piano in (trying to time the surprise). I really wanted to leave a good review because the guys who actually moved my items were great, however I had a missing box and my broom. I sent a message as soon as I realized I didn't have my broom, then later after all boxes were unpacked and I realized I was missing a box with a lot of my kitchen utensils. They found the broom, but never returned it, and said they would look for the box. I stated it would cost me about $150 to replace those items. All I got was we didn't find it and have never heard from them again. This was very upsetting considering they went 5 hours over my quoted estimate that I paid with no complaints. Such a great moving company. Most of their employees are named Jon, so it's a good sign. They went above and beyond. They have incredible attitudes and are full of energy. They moved my mom and took great care of her. It's so hard to find a good moving company because they are crooks and break your stuff but these are professionals. I felt good letting them handle the move for her and making sure she was well taken care of. They tie everything down and they take great care of all your stuff. Plus they know all the tips and tricks to get your stuff in safely. A fair and honest price and they are such great people. Great movers but better people. Their price was among the best and the reviews here were too, and they lived up to it. I particularly liked that John - the owner - was part of the moving crew both in AZ and MO. They loaded the house (3 bedrooms) in two trucks in less than a day on a Friday and John and one of his guys drove the trucks up to MO right away and unloaded with two local guys everything on Monday.
