We had a great experience at HangOverEasy today! They do not take reservations, so I recommend joining the waitlist ahead of time. I found the waitlist underestimated how long it would take, so I would recommend putting your name in early. When we got there we were still seventh in line, but there were seats available at the bar so we sat there. The service was very fast and the food was amazing. The pancake was among the top pancakes I have ever had. It was big and fluffy and delicious. The eggs were also well cooked and seasoned. My sister loved her Hoe Benny. It's super loud inside but that's to be expected! Service was great and food was good too...basic diner offerings. The prices are decent, and they have a good selection of boozy breakfast drinks to suit a pre-game crowd. We weren't all that hungry, but decided to try the breakfast tacos with a side of bacon. I was surprised at how quick the food came out. The cream sauce drizzled on top made the tacos for me, and the bacon had a nice crunch -- although only 3 pieces for $3.99. Overall, service and food were both quick. They do have garage style windows lining behind the bar area that open up to allow for the patrons waiting for seats, to grab drinks while standing outside. They've lessened the butter on the muffin but you can always ask for more! Hubby got the breakfast burrito sub black bean for chorizo. Up charge of $2.50 for the black beans which is kinda annoying given it's a sub for the chorizo not additional. The menu is standard breakfast and brunch fare, heavy on the breakfast. There are other things I'd try, but I love sausage gravy, and had to at least try it. The biscuits are large and dense. The gravy was thick with sausage, and very savory. I added a little hot sauce, but just because I like it, not because anything needed flavor (they have Tapatio, which I like.) I saw a little bacon in there, but that might have been accidental. Two eggs on top, cooked a little softer than I wanted. I'd come back. Bring the family? Maybe. These days, if I don't feel like making breakfast, I haven't been going out. Delivery or pickup has been getting me through. Thankfully Hangover Easy has both options and their breakfast menu is fire. While I've eaten at their other location for dine-in, I've only ordered delivery at this one so I'll speak only to that experience. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, my friend got something else, and we shared some pancakes. Our order didn't take too long before it was dropped off and we dove right in. My sandwich was huge, packed full with eggs and cheese on a giant toasted roll. It came with a side of breakfast potatoes and it was all delicious. Tons of food for under ten bucks. As for the pancakes, they were a great "dessert" and I would definitely order again. Light, fluffy, didn't get yucky during transportation, all the good things. The sausage skillet was lacking a lot of flavor and seasoning. We were a bit disappointed in our food.
