I've driven by this diner on Schrock Road a number of times since I work around the corner. Today was my first meal at The Pancake House. Couldn't decide between breakfast for lunch or a turkey club sandwich. Chose the breakfast. Make your own omelet with hash browns and a side of 3 pancakes. I got filled right away with all three. Not many booths inside but they do have a counter with individual seats. Service from my waitress was great and friendly. I will certainly return for another lunch meal. (They close at 2:30pm)

Food is delicious. Fast service. Dinning area is very small but nice diner feel. Service is super! It is hard to find and parking lot is small so you may have to park at the plaza.

It is a cozy space. The original Westerville Pancake house provides quick service and delightfully fluffy pancakes. The country fried steak was topped with a flavorful sausage gravy. The speed was impressive from the crew flying across the griddle. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

The food was excellent as well as the customer service. I must say this was the fastest I have ever received my food. The flavor was good as well as the portions. This place is not that big inside, so depending on when you go don't be surprised if there is a wait, also the parking in front of the restaurant only have a few spaces, but there is a big parking real close. I will be back soon.

I think the pancake house is my favorite small diner in Columbus! It is super tiny and sometimes you have to wait for a table but it is worth it. There is not a lot of parking so sometimes you have to park in the parking lot over to the left of it but that's okay. I have not tried anything that I didn't like at this restaurant. My favorite is the corned beef hash with 2 eggs any style and hash browns. It is definitely my go to. You can always substitute toast that also comes with it for a pancake and sometimes I do. My step sister ordered the Churro pancake our last visit, their delicious buttermilk pancake deep fried, topped with tres leches drizzle, and dusted with cinnamon and powdered sugar. It was AMAZING but definitely something to share with the table because it's super rich. Pancake house is a must try stable in Westerville, Ohio.

This was our first visit to The Pancake House. It's small and we had a little wait, but not too long. My husband ordered the Buckwheat pancakes with a side of sausage links. I ordered the Chorizo with eggs meal which comes with hash browns and choice of toast, french toast, or buttermilk pancakes. I opted for pancakes (because, Pancake House!). The Chorizo and eggs are flavorful, cooked with onion and tomatoes. I really liked them. The hash browns were ok, could have been a little more crispy. The buttermilk pancakes were good, two large pancakes- it was a lot of food. My husband enjoyed his buckwheat pancakes, three large pancakes that filled the plate, again a lot of food. Service was fast.

This place is what a diner should be. Ownership is on site, they are kind, skilled and care. I am hooked on the cornmeal pancakes, but I've not had a miss ever. The only miss is that there is an "average" restaurant in town with a similar name that people get confused. So good. So good. Minimal seating and it's not a sit and talk for hours spot. Get yourself some good breakfast, have a chat and then get to work you! Oh and the cooks are right in front of you. No funny business. I like that a lot

I still decided to utilize their walk up window simply because I had a car full of dogs and I didn't want them to miss me. The window is pretty easy. It does have an awning, but it doesn't really work very well when it's raining cause it's a little narrow and width. However, the barista prioritized me standing in the rain and quickly took my order I told her I was gonna go back and wait in the car because I had a car full of dogs. When my coffee was ready, she noticed that I was getting attention to my dogs and she decided to hand-deliver my coffee to my car. The ratings in this place are solid five star so it's confusing why but perhaps I had a bad experience with the food and that's not reflective of the whole place of course. First off, the service was good. The girl was friendly and told me I should come back to try that strawberry drink that was on the sign. Second, I can't judge a drink since I didn't have one so late in the evening, but I did get a piece of coffee cake and it was one of the worst things I have eaten in a long time. It tasted like paste in my mouth... Purely flour , butter and sugar. There was not a texture from a crumble at all. And the cinnamon was a complete afterthought. When I say that it tasted mostly like flour, I am not exaggerating. Lastly, the place definitely is cute inside and it seems to be connected to the Goat by hallway.

We shared the street corn nachos and you'll have to try the freshest jalapeños on them, by far the best nachos ever! Menu has so many options to choose from, it caters to many types of palettes. My bevy, the Blackberry Cooler, was refreshing. My friend got the non alcoholic version and said it was too tart. Only disappointment of the night was they ran out of the brown butter cake. The banana caramel cake was still a good substitution. Plenty of parking but do recommend to make a reservation to avoid long wait times. Cant wait to come back and enjoy a happy hour.
