The proposal was professionally prepared and included all of the information Caleb had discussed during our meeting, making it easy to review afterward. Whenever I had questions, Caleb responded within a reasonable timeframe during business hours. Scheduling was simple and straightforward. Their scheduling system sent reminders about my appointment and clearly communicated what to expect. The turnaround time from order to installation was approximately six weeks. On installation day, a crew of three arrived. They all introduced themselves and were very respectful. I joked that they would have some "watchers"--my three kids--who had plenty of questions throughout the day. The installers were professional, efficient, and took care to protect our floors and respect our home. They thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed. We did have one hiccup during the process. One of the windows was manufactured incorrectly. However, Hometime handled the issue well and was able to get me back on the schedule as soon as I was available a couple of weeks later. While the officer was off duty during these proceedings, they identify themselves by rank and agency - so, essentially making these statements under the color of authority. The agency chose not to do anything, but sent me a letter blowing me off and saying they did a full investigation. I was never contacted by anyone after making the actual complaint, but a sergeant apparently said they interviewed me on a certain date over the phone. I was contacted to do an interview with Mr. Briones and I gave him all the evidence showing multiple times the officer lied under penalty of perjury in official court proceedings, and gave him proof that the supposed phone interview on the date given by the sergeant didn't happen. He apparently just dropped the investigation, as I never heard from him again even as I was emailing him about the officer continuing to perjure themselves. To this day, the officer's misconduct continues, and it looks like this firm is just as on board with the dishonesty as the department.

I get people get late or whatever, but professional courtesy and some sort of communication would be great, dont just blow of the customer, i guess from other complaints i should have been aware too, so just a heads up they show up when they want to i guess. What a waste of time.
