As i said before the first time he actually showed up and did the work he was great. Now when i called the second time and set up a date and time for a job I had for him, he did not show up and went to the hospital according to the person i communicate through, gave them the benefit of the doubt said ok no worries hope all is well, was hoping to get rescheduled, they never reached out, i did and when i did, we set up a time and date never showed up, i was never given a notification that they weren't coming. Ok guess business is amazing and they can blow off customers like that. Some time had passed i reached out to build a play set, they said yes they could do it, had price time and date. Day before the appointment i reached out and they said they had to reschedule bcus of rain (it barely sprinkled) didnt say when, so i pushed for the next date. They said after 11 am, come 2 pm no txt no notification i reached out again, they said he was in traffic from Coachella and hell be late and that they will txt when he was in town, guess he never made it to town because still haven't gotten a text. I get people get late or whatever, but professional courtesy and some sort of communication would be great, dont just blow of the customer, i guess from other complaints i should have been aware too, so just a heads up they show up when they want to i guess. I can't rave enough about Luis! He is just incredibly amazing in everything he does. I have called to install an office door initially, but he has done such an excellent job that I asked him to do more such as installing curtain rods, multiple ceiling lights, chandelier, fixed my plumbing issues, and planning to hire him again for landscaping job. Luis is a gem. I almost don't want to write this review so he doesn't get too busy for other projects we might have for him in the future. We needed boards cut and placed in our hallway for a board and batten look. Luis and his wife were very responsive and affordable. The work took a little longer than quoted and there were some issues with being on time however, you can tell he cares about his work and everything came out just how we wanted. He made suggestions on better ways to get the job done which actually saved us money! When does that ever happen? Usually contractors will try and upsell as much as they can. 5 stars. First, let me say that Luis does excellent work. Just like the other reviews say, they are exactly correct. He is very friendly, very knowledgeable and professional and gives a very good price for his work. I always made sure to give him more than what he had asked for in the past two times that I have used him for installation of security cameras and other electrical handyman work. With that said, the reason why I am only giving two stars is because I have been texting back and forth with someone on the other end (909-233-0831 Maybe Sandra?) since 2016. I completely understand that Luis is a busy guy and his weekends fill up with handyman work quickly, but whoever is scheduling the handyman services is very unprofessional. On numerous occasions, I have been told that Luis would be available one day and then had it cancelled just minutes before. Another time, I was told he would be there around 9-10 but didn't show up and then I kept asking for an ETA when finally I cancelled when they said he wouldn't be able to come out until after 1pm. I've had to rearrange my schedule at least three times where either I had to cancel due to this company not scheduling correctly or from them cancelling. Today was the final straw, I asked Sandra on 7/22 if Luis was available and her response was that he was busy but "tomorrow morning?" I said, "Yes that works. Could you give me an approx time so I can be ready?" She responded, "9-10." Then this morning at 7:56AM, I receive this text verbatim," Hi good morning, Luis will be there this morning the only is that he won't be able to work on anything til next week he's going out of town tomorrow and he's coming back on the 30th." I asked her why didn't she tell me this yesterday when she offered his services, and her response via text verbatim was, "I offered for him to go do a estimate . . !!" Screaming at me via text and stating something she did not. I'm done using this company. I can give you proof of my texts if you would like, just be cautious using this company. If you can actually get them to show up on time when you ask them to then I would say use them, otherwise find someone else. read more

These guys do awesome work. Luis and Sandra make a great husband and wife combo. Sandra is very polite and friendly. She is the one that sets the appointments and manages the business. Luis is a very good handyman. He sees your vision and comes up with the best options to make it work and still make it look cosmetically good and functional. He put in small stove in our kitchenette with a vent fan in our guest suite and made it look like it came with the house. Very professional and down to earth people.
