He discovered a slab leak and listed several options. He is probably one of the most "real one's" there are out there. He does not just come to do a job, but genuinely cares about each of his customers. He tries to establish a relationship with his customers by making it feel like he is taking care of a family member. He tries to get to know you and is willing to hold a conversation with you and hear you out. Plumbing issues can be very expensive and Stephen is sensitive to that. It is never a great time to get plumbing work done, but Stephen is there to talk with you, hear you out, and just be someone who genuinely cares about the customer. I will be using Jim and Son's for any plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone. I wish I remembered the name of the other plumber that helped him out during the job, but he was awesome as well. Again, he understood the importance of customer service and making sure that customers are left with a great experience in addition to getting the work done. 6/5 stars if I could.

James respected my home and mother who greeted him when he arrived. He proceeded to identify the issue and had my drain hydro jetted. He informed me through the whole process and really made me feel comfortable with the work he was performing. He is one of the Son's and I would call him over again in a heartbeat. He walked through the issue with my brother and father, performed a thorough assessment, and clearly explained exactly what was causing the problem. After a brief conversation with my brother, it was obvious that Alexis and All City Plumbing were the company we wanted to trust with the repair. Alexis was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He even showed us, using a camera scope, that our pipes were clear and free of tree roots. Highly recommend Javier from R&R!…read more Our bathroom had 2 issues. The shower had 2 points of discharge and water came out from both ends when we turn on the water. The control switch was not working properly and it appears to have something broken inside the switch. The second was the bathtub was dripping for months. Our property manager gave us some recommendation on handyman, and we reached out to a few others. Everyone of the handyman looked at the issues and said they couldn't do it. Javier from R&R was professional and friendly. He came, looked at the problems and gave us multiple options. We were told that our bathroom fixtures were on the older end, and replacement parts would be pretty slim. Javier said he would try his best to find ways to fix our problems, and if it can't be fix, then he would have to go with the full remove and replace option. Needless to say, the cheaper option would be less than half the price of the worst case scenario. We were presented with the cheaper options to be less than $1000, while the worst case scenario would be in the mid $2000 with our drywall cut open in order to do the fixture replacement. We would also had to then deal with redoing the drywall since that is not part of the company's scope of work. Javier came back after we accepted the estimate and was able to fix everything faster than I thought. To my surprised, he was able to find the replacement parts and fix everything. My experience with Javier and R&R has been exceptional. I highly recommend R&R to anyone with plumbing issue like i had.

After a thorough assessment, he honestly explained that while we would likely need a new system by the following summer, our current unit still had life left in it. Rather than pushing for a replacement, he recommended a repair and ordered the necessary part to keep it running. We received a text shortly afterward letting us know they could return on Monday to complete the installation. They arrived exactly when they said they would, installed the part, and got everything working properly. The entire process was quick, responsive, professional, and seamless. Fast forward to June 2026, and Mike was absolutely right. Our unit is now making the sounds he told us to expect when it reached the end of its useful life. His assessment from nearly a year ago proved to be spot on. Because of the honesty and integrity Schneider demonstrated then, the first company we're calling now is Schneider Heating and Air. Trustworthy people and companies are hard to find, but Schneider has earned our confidence and loyalty.
