Last month I had a leak from my bathtub spout that went into the bedroom on the other side of the wall, luckily I caught it in time and there was no drywall damage. After the plumbers repaired the leak (who also did a great job, shout out again to Mastercraft Plumbers), I reached out to Heritage Handymen and they immediately responded. They came out the same day, wrote up an estimate and came out and completed the new baseboards today. They are the ultimate professionals. Paul was responsive through text and emails and he along with his son Jacob showed up on time and completed the job within a few hours, faster than the estimated time to complete the job! I'm torn posting this review, I want to leave a 10 star review and at the same time I'd like to keep this crew all to myself! Look I'm a tough critic as you can tell by my reviews and I have nothing but the most positive to say about Paul and his crew. I need a metal roof put on a 15x30 pergola, He offered an affordable quote and was very responsive. We settled on a schedule, but luckily he got a spot come open and he immediately let me know. They showed up on time, were all very polite and answered any questions. Paul went over things again to make sure he knew exactly how I wanted it and they went to work. They worked tirelessly the entire time and did everything I asked for. Before they left they cleaned up the entire area, even left me the leftover wood in case I needed it for something else all neatly stacked. Once we agreed on the estimate he gave me a date on when he would be able to do the work, he messaged me a couple of days prior to the appointment to make sure we were still on schedule, he showed up exactly when he said and everything went smoothly. These guys in my book are #1. We have had multiple projects completed by Paul and every one has come out absolutely perfect. Paul and his guys came into our newly purchased older home and repaired hundreds of small drywall holes, re- textured the areas, and re painted the interior of our entire home. We had them put in all brand new light fixtures, light switches, and outlets as well. On top of everything they did to update the interior of our home Paul specializes in custom wood working and built us a shiplap wall around our fireplace, and all kinds of custom furniture for our home like a entire way table, night stands, even a massive custom dresser.
