I dropped off two Tommy Bahama shirts for a total value of $200 ($100 per shirt). When I went back…read moreto go pick my shirts up the guy that worked there told me that they gave away my shirts to someone else by mistake. He was unwilling to make it right by purchasing me two new Tommy Bahama shirts. Instead, he got really snotty with me and told me he would give me two used Tommy Bahama shirts that I don't get to choose out the pattern or the shirt that I want. I told him this is unacceptable and want to buy two new Tommy Bahama shirts with the pattern that I want and I want him to reimburse me for those shirts. He said no. and was only willing to give me two used random Tommy Bahama shirts that I do not get to choose myself. This place is incredibly crooked and corrupt. The owner is dishonest and not a man of his word. I got screwed in this transaction and did not get any new shirts. Dropped my beautiful Tommy Bahama shirts off and poof. They disappeared. Never got reimbursed and never got my shirts back. There's a reason this place is ranked extremely low on yelp and Google. Do not go here under any circumstances unless you want your beautiful clothing to "disappear". I will also be filing a small claims lawsuit against them in court as well as writing a review on yelp and Google. After I wrote this review, I went to go talk to the owner of the shop and he called me white trash and told me to get the F out. He is a racist. Please don't use him. You will regret it.

Rude, unprofessional, unreliable. This cleaners will steal your designer clothes and refuse to…read moreaccept responsibility. I have called more than 3 times and gone by 4 times before writing this review. Today I just called and spoke with owner Bill and he chose to argue about the facts I stated and then proceeded to trivialize my years of patronage to his business. Do not take your clothes here! I didn't want to post a negative post but after speaking with the owner today 2/13/24 I will go ahead and post my review I wrote in November 2023. Zero stars. Both owners are argumentative, dismissive and rude. We WERE long time customers and had noticed the customer service has disappeared and the clerk never fulfills the courtesy she promises. A few weeks ago we realize we are missing 2 designer t-shirts (Balmain & Bally) that we regularly get cleaned at Sky Canyon Cleaners. I immediately call and explain the issue. I assume the rude lady we deal with is the owner, she confirmed this when I called and stated her name is Lupita. I explain we put shirts in her cleaners and did not receive back. She insisted the shirt isn't there because her computer does not show anything outstanding like her process is unflawed. I remind her on our previous visit she told us we had no shirts there and luckily the 3 or the 4 shirts were hanging on the rack where we could see & recognize them! She said "oh" and handed us the shirts. At that moment we were both frustrated and my husband said I think I had another shirt with this and Lupita stated "no that's all you have" never bothering to look further, apologize or mention her big error. We feel slighted again and proceed to leave to avoid further interaction. Previously we took a pair of Versace joggers in for a minor alteration, add a drawstring at waist to help cinch/hold them up. I will upload a picture of the awful work. Lupita charges $25; joggers took two weeks for cheap ridiculously long nylon cord. Complete joke. I returned the joggers and told her this was unacceptable as they cheapened the pants and they didn't put rings to support slits they cut for the cord. She over charges for everything then charged us another $25 to get her to replace the string. She is argumentative about everything we have ever asked her and cuts us off when we are speaking. We didn't confirm the shirt was missing until last week and now Lupita just says that's tough she's not responsible because her computer shows we have nothing there. I am going to file a police report of theft. (Update 2/13/24 I did not file the police report because I too am a small business owner and we decided to just take the L and go in peace. I regret that decision after my interaction with Bill today.)

Oh my word!! This dry cleaner is the best I've ever been to! I moved from San Diego three years ago…read moreand in these three years I haven't found a dry cleaner I was totally satisfied with until I came to Antelope Dry Cleaners! After they did such an amazing job on cleaning my husband's suits, dress shirts, slacks, etc. I decided to trust them with a an alteration. I've had a red Michael Kors down jacket in & out of my trunk for about a year, it had some kind of ink stains on the collar which was visibly noticeable, regardless of whether I had a zipped up or down.It looked like some of the Michael Kors print on the inside back actually ran onto the jacket! I decided to have them try to fix it. I knew the stain wouldn't come out because it was Ink and it had been there for a long time. It was a down jacket so the outside of it is nylon. I tried many things trying to get it out myself many home remedies even took it to some dry cleaners and they said they couldn't do it so I decided to give Antelope Dry Cleaners a shot with doing an alteration by giving them the little red pouch that the jacket came in which was of the same fabric and I asked if they could just use that pouch and cover up the collar. My husband just picked up the jacket for me today and it looks absolutely amazing! They did an impeccable job! you would never know that they actually use a different piece of fabric and covered over the entire collar. The price was amazing as well. They are truly the best cleaner/alterations I have found in all my adult years! I'm 68 so that says a lot! Scotty, the owner is so sweet & friendly, as is everyone I've met on the entire staff. You can see they take a lot of pride in their business & give great attention to detail. It's a family owned business which I especially want to support. They have our family's business for good! Thank you Antelope Dry Cleaners!

We decided to stay a few more days at Pechanga, last minute, so I needed to wash a few clothes. At…read morefirst, I checked on the prices the hotel was charging and it was basically $4 for each item of clothing... ridiculous! So I googled the closest laundromat to the hotel and this was one of two options. From first glance on Yelp, Town Center was the cleanest looking place out of the two and seemed to be surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants because I would need something to do while waiting on my clothes. So, I headed there. I've never used a laundromat before, so I was pretty clueless on how things work. I went to the store to get cash for quarters for the machines and I guess machines don't take quarters anymore. All payments are with a card and they have laundry vending machines with all of the necessary items if needed. They have plenty of rows of wash machines and dryers with different sizes for small or larger loads. Lastly, it seemed like every where I looked there were assistants on every row helping people with questions or advice on the size of their loads and the best machines for which. They were super helpful with anything I needed. It took about an hour and a half so I went and grabbed a bite to eat in the plaza, came back and watched some football on the flat screen TV's they have on the walls. I'd come back again if I ever need to wash something while staying at Pechanga. OOOO 4 out of 5 Afros
