I have used H-Town Steam to clean a nice wool rug that one of my animals got sick on. They picked it up, brought it to their shop and cleaned it, then returned it back to me. They were able to completely removed the odor and it came back looking good as new. They have also cleaned my carpets and worked hard to remove every stain they could. The company worked with me on scheduling the time of service as I was running out of dates and the date they were available was the date my moving out dusting and cleaning service was scheduled and access to carpets would be limited. They scheduled for late in the day to accommodate me, but things went awry, so they scheduled early the next morning to help me. The electricity had been shut off so they couldn't steam clean! There was one area that was a prior stain that showed with use. The carpet cleaner was able to dry clean the worse spot and make it disappear, and the cleaning company only made an extremely small charge for their inconvenience, which I thought was extremely kind of them, considering the reschedule and not being able to clean a whole apt. I learned they clean furniture, too, so I plan on using them again. read more

I spoke with Aaron and Chris. They were very attentive to my many questions and requests. They also provide service on Sundays which is dang near impossible to find. I had them clean the carpets of my rental home, pressure wash the patio, wash and seal my tile floors and granite top counters in the whole house for a reasonable price. They were professional and arrived on time. They did a walk through of the house to provide a good estimate and did not try to up sell me on anything. They even removed the wasp nests I had on the top of the 3rd floor area which basically is the 4th floor. I highly recommend them and will have them come clean the carpets at my house soon. We setup a time but they were able to arrive a little earlier which was fine with me. Quinten introduced himself to me and explained the process and had me sign an approval and they got started. He had one other person to assist him and they didn't take very long as I was only getting my downstairs area cleaned. I was told it would take 12-24 hours to dry.
