Peter Steamer did an excellent job all the way from scheduling to completion. There were several high traffic areas where I thought the dirt would never come out where they were able to get it looking almost new. The tech, Andre, pretreated several areas and I could tell the difference right away even in spots where I unsuccessfully tried to remove gum or stains. He explained what he was doing and was realistic in terms of cleaning. He wore a mask and protected the floors after cleaning. Reached out to Peter Steamer for a quote on deep cleaning my furniture and the owner Pierre responded immediately, even though it was 7pm. Asked some questions about the process and chemicals, experiences, etc and was able to book him for the next morning at 8am! Pierre was on time and texted me to let me know when he was on the way (wonderful!), and he did an excellent job cleaning my couches and chairs. I have two dogs, a cat, and two kids so you can imagine how gross these pieces get! He brought all his own equipment including towels for the floor and water for the machines. He got right to work and was finished in just about 2 hours. He shared that he worked 10 years in a name-brand furniture store specializing in upholstery cleaning before starting his own company. You can tell he knows what to do when he first checks out your furniture before starting to clean. Pierre cleaned up all the furniture and it looks and smells great now, you wouldn't know we have pets just by sitting on the sofa. I used this company as a referral on March 30, 2021. I see the great reviews here but I don't know what happened on my carpet cleaning job but I won't be using this company again. The carpet still has most of the dirty stains it did before the cleaning. Dust buildup still along the edges of the stairs. Some of the areas did not look to be cleaned at all. I have to credit them on the tile cleaning. It did show much improvement after the cleaning. I don't know why the quality of the cleaning was so poorly done??? read more
