Peter Steamer did an excellent job all the way from scheduling to completion. There were several high traffic areas where I thought the dirt would never come out where they were able to get it looking almost new. The tech, Andre, pretreated several areas and I could tell the difference right away even in spots where I unsuccessfully tried to remove gum or stains. He explained what he was doing and was realistic in terms of cleaning. He wore a mask and protected the floors after cleaning. I would recommend if you are looking for an efficient professional carpet cleaning. read more

Reached out to Peter Steamer for a quote on deep cleaning my furniture and the owner Pierre responded immediately, even though it was 7pm. Asked some questions about the process and chemicals, experiences, etc and was able to book him for the next morning at 8am! Pierre was on time and texted me to let me know when he was on the way (wonderful!), and he did an excellent job cleaning my couches and chairs. I have two dogs, a cat, and two kids so you can imagine how gross these pieces get! He brought all his own equipment including towels for the floor and water for the machines. He got right to work and was finished in just about 2 hours. He shared that he worked 10 years in a name-brand furniture store specializing in upholstery cleaning before starting his own company. You can tell he knows what to do when he first checks out your furniture before starting to clean. Pierre cleaned up all the furniture and it looks and smells great now, you wouldn't know we have pets just by sitting on the sofa. He gave a competitive quote and his timeliness and results speak for themselves. read more

Great service! Eric was very prompt and professional. I had some very tough stains on light- colored carpet , that had years to settle, but he did his best. He repeatedly apologized for not being able to totally clean the stains, but I told him you are not a miracle worker! For what I needed, I was satisfied. read more

I just use Peter Steemer for the first time to do a cleaning on my tile and grout. They were amazing and I will never use another company. Great price and great service I strongly recommend them read more

Needed to get my carpet stretched and steamed and working with Peter Steamer was efficient and reasonable. Got a quote with pictures and made an appt, they were running late but other than that good, quality work and very fair pricing. I didn't have any stains or spots but just got steaming a regular / worn out carpet was a great service. Also it's not easy to find companies that stretch the carpet so this was a great pick. read more

I reached out to them in the evening and the next day they came. Fast response time. Happy with the work.

The technician arrived on time. He was courteous and attentive to all my questions. He was honest about what he thought he could realistically do to improve our carpets. He took his time and worked on all the problem areas. He even helped move very large and heavy furniture that obstructed some of the floors from getting cleaned. I would absolutely hire them again!! read more

I needed a fairly cheap carpet cleaned and, as someone who knows next to nothing about carpets, Peter Steamer was a great choice! Pierre was very quick to provide a quote and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. When he arrived he was helpful and friendly, and I'm very satisfied with the results! Highly recommend. read more

I contacted Peter Steamer on a Sunday for a quote on 2 bedrooms and an area rug. The price was reasonable and they told me someone could be here in an hour. I was shocked but I'm glad I didn't have to wait long. Andre was very professional and notified me of the process from beginning to end. He was done in an hour. I've been in this house for 7 years and never had my carpets cleaned before. My carpets looked abused from these 2 dogs I have and clutzy kids who like to drop every food particle from their hand. They look brand new now and smells great. Thank you for your timely professional service. read more

Arrived a little late from appointment time but luckily I had buffer built in and it worked fine. They did a good job and removed most of the stains on carpets and stair treads. Took a bit to dry even with AC running but end product was worth it. Would definitely use them again. read more

AWESOME SERVICE!! I needed some professional work immediately because my dog apparently did not feel well at night and went in every room to do his business. They responded immediately and provided quality service. He did not need to use my water, everything was from the truck. I'll definitely recommend this service to anyone in the Houston area. I immediately told my sister about this business and she plans on calling them soon. I will continue to use this service and refer others!! read more

Great service! Will definitely use him again and have passed info on to many friends and family members!

My puppy had an accident on my area rug and no normal carpet cleaning tool was helping get the smell out. Living in an apartment, I was worried it was going to be a hassle and expensive. Pierre was able to provide great service at a great price! Would absolutely recommend Greenbo! read more

I used this company as a referral on March 30, 2021. I see the great reviews here but I don't know what happened on my carpet cleaning job but I won't be using this company again. The carpet still has most of the dirty stains it did before the cleaning. Dust buildup still along the edges of the stairs. Some of the areas did not look to be cleaned at all. I have to credit them on the tile cleaning. It did show much improvement after the cleaning. I don't know why the quality of the cleaning was so poorly done??? read more
