Not only that, but for us to trust somebody with our home while we're not there, it's also a big deal, but when we met her, we knew we could trust her by her personality and the way she carried herself. She cleaned our house before we left, by itself a huge task on our 1900 square foot 2-story house with 3 small dogs and a toddler. Then the day we were coming back, she came over in the morning to take care of the light cleaning to make sure the house is ready for us. While they were not able to get out the same day, they were able to immediately schedule me for the next morning. They provided me an arrival window, and in fact arrived 30 minutes early. On top of that, they didn't start the 2 hour minimum until I got there! The cleaners name was Samantha and she was very polite. Boy did she do such a great job. The comment I received from my landlord was: "Wow you did a really great job cleaning the unit." I would recommend this business to any looking for reoccurring cleaning services, or move out cleans!

We have been working with MoreHands since before Covid…read more There have been various teams that come and go... The two teams that have been cleaning our home lately appear to do best. I was asked to rate the service I received this week and I would gladly do it! Overall MoreHands maid service has been a good service for us for years (although we took a break for a little while during Covid). I like the people at the office as they are polite and accomodating and because I can communicate with them very well. We have had other providers that would clean much better, but could not keep a consistent schedule. MoreHands has been able to provide service more consistently once per week for a little while now. The issue with them is that they like to move the start times around. Another issue is that they will not do ANY laundry. There have been two teams that have been coming to our home, and I like them both... They have both been doing very well: Team 3 (Claudia and Glenda) have consistently done a great job, and are very cordial and pleasant while they are performing their duties! They also go the extra mile. Keep up the great work! Team 2 (Stephanie and Julie) do what is asked of them. I like the way they make our beds. They work quick.

Hector came for a consultation and was willing to come an additional day when my mother would be available, should she have had additional questions.
