We bought this house 6 months ago and were debating on replacing the MBR with wood floors because the carpet was so gross. My husband finally convinced me to do a deep clean and I found brightway through yelp. My appointment window was between 12-4. He called at 12:50 to give me a 20 min heads up. After about 45 minutes the carpet looked brand new!! I keep walking back in there to admire it. It's ridiculous. Brightway Carpet Cleaning is an excellent business. They truly care about the satisfaction of the customer and will go to great lengths to achieve that. I had used them before on our prior home and was extremely satisfied with them then, but now I could not be happier with their services! We just moved into a new home that had carpet that had not necessarily been well-cared for or respected. I had Brightway clean the carpets (of which there is a lot of square footage) a couple days before we began to move in. However, once we arrived at the home, the prior owner had still been living in the house in the couple days' interim (they were supposed to be moved out but they did not) and left the carpets very dirty again in some areas, including pet accidents that were left to sit. This rendered the carpet cleaning we just paid for not nearly as effective as it should have been. I explained the situation to Brightway, and they told me that they would come back out and clean all the carpets again for me at no charge because that situation was out of my control. They also came out to the house on two separate occasions to look at the carpet and assess the ductwork/ventilation system for potentially needing to be cleaned. That is AMAZING customer service!!! One of the best parts is this, though. We concluded that the ventilation system needed to be cleaned also. My entire family had been struggling with allergic reactions (coughing, sneezing, lots of drainage) ever since the first day we stayed in the new house. It was particularly bad overnight, and we were all losing a lot of sleep. Dallas not only came back out and cleaned our carpets a second time, but he thoroughly inspected our ventilation system and did a fabulous job of cleaning and disinfecting it. The very first night after he did it, we all noticed an immediate difference in how we slept and we didn't experience any of the allergy symptoms we were having. My two little boys are sleeping well and not struggling. Every day since the ventilation cleaning has been a dramatic change for us. That is priceless! When I called to get our carpets cleaned I asked if anything extra was done to remove pet stains.  The lady said that they "try" to remove them, but no other special treatment is done......okay that's all right. Guy to clean carpet shows up and cleans, tells fiancée that they cannot remove pet stains.  Why tell me on the phone that they try if they cannot!?! He cleans and fiancée noticed that nothing got moved..... he did NOT move any items(WTF!!) we had everything cleaned off from night stands and couch, dresser and whatnot.  Also doesn't put night stand or other items on plastic discs like the website states.  We call to ask about this and why he didn't move small furniture that "one man can move" and find out he only haft-ass did his job.  He came back to complete the job even-though we would be happier with them giving us $50 - 100 back and being on our marry way....but that would be to easy. While he was back completing the cleaning my fiancée asked if he was going to move the couch and he asked "just one man", so she moved it for him (he just lost his man card for the year....lazy ass). We are disappointed in the lack of professionalism and not completing the job the first time the right way (03/17/17). On top of it all our daughter doesn't think it looks any better than when we shampoo the carpets......FAIL! read more

They did an awful job, couldn't see any difference, makes you wonder if they even cleaned the carpets. Took no responsibility, came back when we complained, with some nonsense explanation about the age of the carpet. If that was the case, they should have mentioned that before taking the job. I have to give this review, actually because I didn't end up using their services... the owner was honest, knowledgeable and genuine... saved me from spending money on a product that couldn't actually be cleaned, when they could have easily taken the money. I cannot say anything negative about our experience! We had a rental property with a water leak and had to pull the carpets and pads to dry out the areas. It was discovered that there was more wetness than initially thought. The owner, Kevin, came to the house himself and brought a large fan and pulled the carpets and pads and disposed of them for us. Nothing but professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine appreciation for our "new" business. We were referred by a friend who had only commercial experiences, but was very complimentary also - we gave them a chance and will be using them again in the future! I must say I was very impressed with the excellent service. My carpets were overdue for a cleaning and the technician who cleaned my carpet went above and beyond the call of duty. My carpets smell fresh and they look almost new. Also, I was prepared for the service because they sent me an email with instructions on how to prepare my house for carpet cleaning. I gave my floors a good vacuuming and I moved small items and breakables off furniture that I wanted cleaning done around and under. The technician did the rest. I also pinned up my floor-length drapes so he could clean without fear of damage to them. When he was done, Kevin put my living room and dining room furniture on styrofoam blocks and gave me clear instructions to not remove them until the carpet was completely dry. I will definitely call them again and give referrals to my friends. By the way, I understand they do other types of cleaning services such as tile and grout cleaning, area rug cleaning, duct cleaning, etc. Try them. You won't be sorry. We were moving, and the last condition to clear was to have the carpets cleaned. When I called, the lady was friendly and set it all up over the phone. I picked Brightway because of the Yelp reviews. I wasn't disappointed. I had spilled red wine on my couch and needed it cleaned. Denise was upfront about the ability to get the red wine stain out. Eric came out and cleaned the entire couch. He was on time and professional. He got the stains out of the cushions but not out of the base of the couch. It is in the area of the couch that is covered by the cushions, so no problem. I liked the process they used to treat the entire couch and not just the stained area. Now I have a very clean couch that looks terrific. I would recommend this company. read more

Good: - Very professional, beginning with appointment setup. - Offer carpet repair as well as cleaning. - On time. - carpet repair technician, Kevin I believe, arrived early so I didn't meet him in person, but gave me the details by phone to allow me as home owner to make an educated decision about the repair. - Joe the cleaning technician (met in person on property) took the time to explain the process and was personable and professional. - Tenants happy with the results, nearly completely removed two noticeable stains. -carpet is 8 year old Berber, very light color so my expectations weren't very high but the carpet was noticeably cleaner. - You can get a referral discount. - All the machinery is in the van, so only the hoses go through the house. - Detailed invoice, rooms + stairs + hallway + optional stain guard calculated separately. I added stain guard to the job since I received a good referral discount. Bad: Not that "bad," but Brightway didn't inform me that repair tech would arrive earlier, prior to cleaning appointment to do estimate and/or repair. I was off property but my tenants were home, but would like to have been able to see him in person. Suggest they notify the customer at time of scheduling. I was very impressed with Brightway's service. We needed last-minute cleaning and they were able to get us an appointment the next day, first thing in the morning. The email confirmation they sent for the appointment was awesome, and gave great instructions on how to prepare the areas to be cleaned. I love using local companies and Brightway is a great company! I loved how they emailed me instructions before arriving regarding how to prep the carpet and follow-up instructions. They arrived on time (sad that nowadays this is often rare) and the tech was really nice. It didn't take long at all and everything was in the truck outside so that made the process that much easier. From the moment I called, they were very helpful. Also they send you a reminder with a link to their website with the instructions to prepare the area of cleaning. They were flexible with my dates, I even had to move the first appointment and they changed it with no problem.
