Then we found A.D. Master Construction. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it correctly. The owner, Dmytro, came out personally to provide the estimate, which we appreciated. On the first day of the project, I had a few concerns, and Dmytro came out right away to address them. He took the time to explain everything, and I immediately felt confident we were in good hands. Ruvim did an excellent job with the siding--it looks fantastic. Most importantly, after testing, the leak is finally gone! We're very happy with the quality of the work and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend A.D. Master Construction and plan to use them again in the future!

They have a highly communicative and transparent team, and it not only shows in the value they deliver and the value of their service, but also in the beautiful designs that they bring to life. For this reason alone, they have also become easy referrals for my friends and family because we have confidence that LYD Construction will do it right and anyone we refer to them are in good hands. Everything they were supposed to do had to be done twice or more. I had to order and pick up…read moresupplies constantly due to LYD contractors not measuring and trying to get by with short cuts. I had to order windows three times, a door twice, etc. I spent an unusually large amount of time coming back from work midday to supervise, per their request, bring supplies they had not accounted for, or redirect uninformed subs. I also had to carry and move and return the supplies they screwed up. This was a disaster project and took more than twice as long to finish as quoted. Items were installed that were unsafe (stairway railings) but the kicker when we were finally done: they screwed a toilet paper holder into our brand new vanity making it impossible to open the drawers without damaging it as well as too close so that we cannot put a roll on the holder. This is a daily reminder of how they screwed up our entire remodel that should have been an easy basement flip. ($200k+ and under 800sf) They fired the Supervisor halfway through our job for incompetency, but did not fix what they had already screwed up and now the flooring they put down is coming up in places. Absolute disaster and unpleasant experience. Don't trust his videos of "happy customers" he will show you on his phone or iPad when he comes to sell to you. It's all a scam.

I received estimates from two other companies and probuilds was very competitive. I was lucky enough that they were able to start working right away. I worked with the owner, Thomas, who did a great job communicating with me through the whole project so I was never left wondering what would happen next. All members of his crew were professional, did great work, and cleaned up after themselves after finishing for the day. There were a few cost overruns from late design decisions but that was entirely on me and other than that the end total lined up with the estimate. Ive had a few ok experiences and a few poor experiences with home remodelers in the past. I can safely say this is the best experience ive had with any home remodeling project.

However, his advice helped to keep us in reality too. Sometimes what we thought we wanted just didn't make financial sense so bouncing ideas off him was very helpful. We liked his demeanor from the beginning and working with him was easy to do. The work included removing the cast iron oversized bathtub, flooring, toilet vanity, medicine cabinets, etc. We wanted more electrical outlets, vanity with 2 sinks, medicine cabinets with lights, shower - basically everything from wall to wall, including the flooring and the overhead fan/light/heater unit. We only have one bathroom so having someone here everyday to get the work done as quickly as possible. Ruslan was the contractor assigned to our project. Based on our recent experience (April through July 2026) with Elevated Home Remodel, we would not…read moreuse them again and strongly recommend looking elsewhere. We hired Elevated Home Remodel for home updates, originally for a kitchen remodel, but then scaled back to new lighting and doors (due to external factors), with a plan to revisit the kitchen remodel later. From the beginning, communication and oversight were poor. We never met Miki in person, and all communications were handled via text message. Elevated sent subcontractors to perform the work, and the one they assigned to us was almost never on time and made errors that caused delay after delay. On multiple days, Miki would tell us to expect the guy to come in that day and he wouldn't show up at all. The work was originally estimated to take 2-3 weeks and ended up taking 3 months. The work performed by this subcontractor was filled with errors, both large and small. These included: light switches installed upside down, holes left in our walls, doors improperly installed so they scraped the finish off our floors, and closet doors that wouldn't close. He even broke a door, splitting the wood completely apart while installing a door handle, and instead of letting us know, tried to caulk it over and left it for us to discover. They also took out one of our dimmer switches and insisted their electrician said it would be impossible to reinstall. (We later had an independent electrician reinstall it in under 5 minutes.) The worst part was, nobody ever verified the work. My husband and I had to spend our own time identifying every error, both big and small, with Miki and Wave. We were not under the impression anyone would have noticed or fixed them otherwise. This was especially frustrating because one of the reasons we chose Elevated over other contractors was that they sold us a hands off experience where project management would handle day-to-day oversight and quality control. That was not at all our experience. In fact, we are still finding quality issues missed by Elevated, such as: bathroom grouting already patchy with holes after a month, closet doors that hang open, and loose door frame hinges that were not fully screwed in and we somehow missed. They even left a large, 2cm gap in our bathroom after installing the new door frame. (I edited this review to add a picture, which speaks for itself in terms of the work quality from Elevated.) Pricing also ran quite high for the work. For instance, they quoted us $1300 to install CO and smoke alarms, which is almost $200 per alarm. Unfortunately, our experience did not align with the premium prices. I am leaving one star because we liked our initial design experience with Julie, even if we didn't end up using her designs. Everything else fell well short of our expectations and what we paid for. We were planning to continue with Elevated for our kitchen remodel, but are relieved that we didn't. If you are looking for a dependable, trustworthy contractor with high standards and attention to detail, I would look elsewhere.
