They have all the prices laid out (no hidden charges) and have a fair repair policy. There are times I have broken my nails and they will always help me repair them at no extra charge. Last night I returned after going to another nail salon and it reminded me of why I miss going to the place. There are so many colors to choose from and they have a nice display so you can choose the perfect shade. I got a pedicure which included shaping/cuticle trim, color, sugar exfoliator, foot mask, mud mask, and a massage for cheaper than other places! My feet were super soft once I was finished. Then the nails! I normally just do a solid color but the tech seemed very comfortable with designs. At the last minute, I switched from a solid color to wanting polka dot nails. He chose the perfect light pink shade and made sure the polka dots were the exact size and pattern I wanted. I'm obsessed with my nails and I keep getting compliments on them! The shape is perfect too!

I work with horses, so things happen, and they've never made that feel like an inconvenience. The owners are incredibly kind, the technicians consistently do excellent work, everything is always clean, and the overall environment is calm and welcoming. I've tried several other salons for one-off visits and was never satisfied. Some looked great initially, but the quality just didn't last. Beauté is, without a doubt, my forever go-to salon.

The day after my appointment, I noticed yellow crusting and redness on my right big toe. The infection has since worsened. I am especially concerned because I am currently 14 weeks pregnant, and an infection is the last thing I need. I'm embarrassed to share the picture of my toe, because I can't put any lotion or anything on the infected toe to prevent worsening, but it has to be included. During my visit, the overall service was also disappointing. I had booked a higher-tier pedicure that included paraffin wax and was told they would try to fit in a manicure if time allowed. I made it clear that I did not need the manicure if there wasn't enough time, but I was assured after my pedicure that there was time for it to be completed. I requested a simple service. No polish, just cuticle care and shaping. The manicure was done in the pedicure chair while I was receiving the paraffin treatment since the tech forgot the paraffin treatment and I had to remind her, which made it physically uncomfortable, as I had to twist and reach across awkwardly. The service itself took about five minutes and was rushed and uneven. I would have preferred transparency if there truly wasn't enough time to complete it properly. I was charged $100 for the services, which means my 'manicure' was $25?! This felt very disproportionate to the quality of the manicure received. I still tipped $20. While I initially considered not leaving a review, the development of a significant infection following this appointment raises serious concerns about sanitation and safety. Please exercise caution before going here. Update: The business responded to my concerns and issued a partial refund. I appreciate their attempt to address the situation.

The nail technicians here are nice and friendly. They ask you what you want and the last time I left after my gel builder mani, Lee said I could come back if anything went wrong with my nails and she would fix it. It's been about a week so far and no problems at all. I showed her a picture of what I wanted from their website but in a different color, and she delivered. I also said I didn't want them too long because my job requires handwashing multiple times a day, plus I can't function properly with nails longer than a quarter inch! My pedicures have been perfect each time. I like that they take the time to clean my nails thoroughly with sanitized tools. I don't normally get my nails done all the time, but when I do, it's always a special treat. The foot/leg massages that come with the pedicures feel sooooo good, especially if you're on your feet for most of the day. I also got my eyebrows thinned out and they did a nice job. I'm glad I don't have to drive far to get my nails done. They recommend appointments, but I have come in as a walk-in twice without a problem. I did make a last minute appointment today and they were able to accommodate me and my sister within a half hour. Men come in here regularly, too. The first time I came for my pedi, a man walked in and he went all out with his pedicure. We chatted for a bit and I had to give him props for taking care of himself!! I wish more men would do the same, lol! Come on in and give yourself a little pampering because you deserve it!
