I love coming to this place for their bbq combo, usually the beef ribs and the half chicken. What I believe separates them from the others is their perfectly cooked and seasoned rice and fries. It compliments the meat so well. Top that with their tangy hot sauce and you're in bbq heaven read more

This is a simple business with no flavor but it is truly a Grill Master. The salad was a two heads of lettuce, 7 olives, 1 half rotten tomato, 4-5 swirls of onions and a chopped piece of chicken. Though the chicken was good and it always has been, they should remove salad from their menu. No salad dressing was offered, no eggs, no salt, no pepper, no cheese, no croutons, no bacon bits offered. It cost $10.17 and I feel robbed. The customer service as declined over the years. The gentleman was simply collecting money and taking orders, didn't say "greetings" nor did he say "thank you". I understand that we all have bad days, both food and human wise. Their customer service is not that great . the young lady at the front desk needs more training, she definitely had an attitude , she did not even bother to say thank you,, hello, or goodbye as if she was doing us a favor . Their chicken seasoning is pretty decent. their rice is not that great. their fries could be better. they're plating is not good. Why would you put hot fries underneath heavy amount of chicken when they will get soggy makes no sense to me. Their establishment is somewhat clean, the tables and chairs should be wiped down better throughout the day. If you want barbecue sauce make sure you ask for it because it will not come in the bag unless you ask. Parking is OK depending on what time you go. read more

I went there today for lunch. After ordering I told the woman behind the counter that the rice was undercooked and she just shrugged at me as if to say "what do you want me to do about it" and proceeded to turn around and ignore me. Im not trying to be mean but this heavy set woman seems to be the main cause of the negative reviews on here. Easily the worst customer service I've had in a long time. The rice was very undercooked (my coworkers agreed with me) and the fries were soggy. I see no point in returning, especially when there are plenty of other great BBQ spots within short distance. read more

The food is really good! The only reason I didn't rate this place any higher is because the customer service is HORRIBLE! One time, I went to pick up my order and when I arrived, instead of acknowledging me and asking if I was picking up or making an order, no one addressed me. I was waiting and waiting and waiting TRYING to make eye contact with this women who was taking orders and she deliberately wouldn't look my way. She continued taking orders and I'm waiting to get mine which I see (getting cold might I add) simply because she chose not to acknowledge me. When I was finally addressed, I was pretty much rushed out of the place. The staff that directly deals with customers come off as rude, ignorant, and uneducated. Train your staff or people will not come back REGARDLESS of how good the food is. Disgusting bad attitudes. Get it together. It's called professionalism! read more

I have ordered from this place for years...food is great...but the service is awful. It takes about seven calls to get them to answer the phone. Once I got through I placed my order. Delivery came shortly after, and my food came with shrimp. That would be fine if I wasn't allergic to seafood. I told the driver right away and he called the restaurant, and they claimed that I asked for shrimp. How does that even make sense? Last time I checked, I'm not suicidal. I don't eat shrimp for health reasons. After explaining the driver brought the food back, and about twenty minutes later he came back just to return my money. The restaurant owner was upset and didn't want to make another order for me!!!! Mind you I didn't go crazy cursing or lashing out insults. I just wanted food that won't kill me. I am so disappointed, time wasted, and it's a shame - it's good food, but that service will probably never have me ordering again. read more

Unfortunately, the service here has really declined. The phone is always busy and delivery takes over an hour. The last straw was when the order did not come with the usual BBQ sauce, when I called I was told they charge for the sauce now. I ordered ribs ... ribs should come with sauce! read more

BAD MEAT... WORSE SERVICE! Used to order from here all the time. Ordered for delivery. Was told it would take 20 minutes to cook and delivery would be soon after that. I specifically spelled out my address. 1 hour later driver calls from the wrong address in another town saying he's out front. It takes an additional 15 minutes for him to get to me. Called and spoke to owner who was unapologetic and completely rude! Said to either wait for the food to get there whenever it gets there or cancel the order. I let it go because my 2 teenage kids were hungry. Food arrived room temperature and the second we bit into the pork ribs 3 out of 4 of us immediately said the meat tasted rotten! Never again! This place has been slipping down hill for a while now but this is more serious... time to call the health department. read more

BBQ Chicken spots all over this area, but of the many, I prefer this spot, they season the chicken nicely, and the veggies are healthy. They recently redesigned the place, and it really added to the atmosphere, and gave it a clean and well lit area. I love this place, and I highly recommend them over others. First, let me start by saying, this is by far one of the cleanest BBQ take-out spots I've been a patron of. It was remodeled not too long ago and looks very contemporary. Their open style kitchen allows you to watch as they prep your food, if you are a picky eater. If you sit and watch while they prep your food, you'll see how everything runs like well-oiled machine. And the part I know you care about most... the food! The FOOD! It's just amazing!! Believe me, there are dozens and dozens of these places all around the area, and this one is by far OUR favorite. OUR includes family members, friends, colleagues and coworkers who all rave about the food here. Whether you get the garlic chicken, whole chicken, beefs ribs, shrimp, salmon, garlic shrimp or fried fish, you won't regret it. I've yet to have one thing I did not like from this place. Their rice is so savory; not too dry and not too moist, just perfect texture. The meat is never tough or dry. Everything is served hot and fresh! You can get a whole chicken, rice and vegetables for $16 and this feeds about 4 hungry adults. The vegetables are my wife's favorite; potatoes, broccoli and carrots all cooked perfectly!
