My first time ordering here and the phone service was not too bad, but I ordered $70+ worth of food for me, my kids and house guests and most Chinese restaurants give free food when you order a certain amount of food. So, he asked if I was paying with a card or cash and I said card...he then says in order to get free food I have to pay with cash on delivery. So, I said since I am paying over $70+ dollars can I get at least 3 shrimp rolls.... he has to ask his manager (mother/father I'm sure) and he then says no he can only give 2. So, I kindly thanked for his service and please cancel my order. Like you lost a $76 dollar order over 3 shrimp rolls...smh. Well, I ordered from the next Chinese restaurant and they provided me with 4 shrimp rolls. 1 too many lol. read more

This is my go to place for Chinese since they opened a few years ago. Little hole in the wall off the path place. Everyone has their preference for Chinese food in terms of flavor and I think they do a good job of being flavorful without being overwhelming. I appreciate that the food is not overly greasy take out. Its always the same people in the kitchen so the food is definitely consistent. It was greasier than we like, but all the dishes we had (7 different items) tasted good -- flavorful without tasting like salt/MSG. Alright, now this place loses a star for not knowing how to take phone orders. After repeating my order for verification, the lady on the line goes "Ok...Thank You." Any other restaurant would recite how much the order total is and how long it will take until the food will be ready for pick or delivery! "Ok...Thank You." Seriously? Previous food order for delivery was wrong. Ordered and paid for General Tso's Shimp, was given chicken. Told that they would replace it the next time I ordered. Ordered again, told it would be 45 minutes, an hour and twenty minutes later I call and am told that roads were closed (they were not, I'm less than 1/2 mile away). Told to come there and they were making a new order. I get dressed drive there and as I pull up in front they call me from my house. They are there with the food. They give the food to my GF and I pay at the store and they give me $5. I get home and find out that all the food is cold. I call back and they tell me to put food in the microwave. I said that's no acceptable I paid for hot food not microwaves food. Then she told me todrive back down there with the food and they will make fresh food. I ask where is the new order that they were supposed to make when I called about where the food was. She begins to yell and says I should drive back down there and bring the cold food with me. I used to come here to eat all the time but recently when I came to dine here, the food is simply not what it use to be. Maybe it is the change of ownership that cause it but I am definitely not going back anymore. Walking in, the place was even smaller than before and it smells. It was messy, I would say, piled with Chinese snacks and drinks on the counter. One of the lady who took my order there last week was not showing any kind of customer service I was looking for. Customer service, I mean, like smiling face and a welcoming tone. Guess what, she aren't showing even a tiny piece of that. The lady who took my order was all stone-faced and none smiling.
