But the awesome Fish Delish offers a slight conundrum as the fish-and-chips is a great choice but they're also crafting some other offerings that can't be found anywhere else. The salmon dog is great for the palate and for the 'gram. Even as someone who controversially extends the boundaries of what counts as hand food, I had to use a fork for this epic sandwich. The fish is great, as are the bells and whistles. Wasabi mayo is enticing but my favorite component was the smoked mozzarella.

The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived until the second that we left. From a food perspective, our meal initiated with a basket of some of the best rolls I had ever had. They were large, fluffy, and doughy with a hint of crispiness from a light toasting. We then shared the Veal and Beef Meatball, which was gigantic but still managed to have the ideal texture. It was also beautifully seasoned and served in what the chef called his "grandma's plum tomato sauce", which was divine! Everything we had was delicious and we ordered A LOT. Sticky ribs are a must. The wagyu roll is fun - the presentation is great with fire. Fantastic service, amazing food, great vibes. A bit on the price side and not exactly kid-friendly but we had a blast.
