During my visit, I experience good customer service; an employee is kind. For the most part, I opt…read morefor Vegan options, though go for a tasty high protein bite due to not packing a lunch. The Jerk Chicken is good; the flavor of the seasoning is very present on the skin of the meat, though the order doesn't come with sauce on the side (like I request over the phone) in the bag. The inner portion of the meat is tender though not as juicy as the bone, marrow (which is full plenty with a very very subtle flavor), or skin (which is of a drier spice variety). So, I think having the sauce might add way more to the flavor dynamics of the meatier portion of the meal than its other parts. The Beef Patty is decent; the crust carries a flavor of a brothy-vegetable seasoning flavoring (which may be coming away from the meat) well though the Beef Patty (after the Jerk Chicken) offers a subtle flavor and seems more crust than patty. The establishment has seating for about two and a bit of standing room. The eatery accepts different forms of payment.

When I walked in, my order was not taken right away, and someone who came in after me had their order taken first. It seemed like preference was given, which didn't feel fair or welcoming. Ambience: The ambience was fine initially, but seeing a dead roach on the wall--and noticing that it was not cleaned up after being killed--was very off-putting and negatively affected the experience.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for 10 years and have ordered from them throughout…read morethat time. They offer loyalty cards that provide a free meal after collecting 10 signatures. Yesterday, I brought in two completed cards to redeem the free lunches I had earned. Instead of simply honoring the promotion or politely asking questions, I was accused of forging signatures on the cards. The staff aggressively challenged me and treated me as though I was attempting to scam them, despite the fact that I have been a paying customer for years and received those signatures directly from their business. Being publicly accused of dishonesty over a loyalty program was embarrassing, insulting, and completely unnecessary. If there were concerns about the cards, there were professional ways to address it. The way I was treated showed a lack of respect for a long-time customer. I left feeling off guard, frustrated and disappointed. After supporting this restaurant for so many years, I never expected to be treated this way over a loyalty card

The chef is in the back GRILLINGGGGG that meat- oxtail, chicken, goat meat, beef ribs. Meat, that I as a Jamaican, never imagined could be jerked, they jerk and it's delicious. People are out here eating baked chicken, calling it jerk and NO THANKS. I'm so grateful to R'SZN Jerk Center. If you want real, authentic, Jamaican jerk, this is the place to go. I ordered the jerk salmon with a side of cabbage and Rasta pasta and let me tell you it was chefs kiss. I tore my food up it was so good. The salmon was seasoned exceptionally well and the pasta was great , I tried the cabbage first and it was so good I ate it all before diving into the rest of my meal. My daughter got jerk chicken and Rasta pasta and my Dad got jerk chicken with rice and peas. My daughter lovesld her food with no complaints and my Dad enjoyed his jerk chicken the most noting , the rice was dry but the jerk sauce from the chicken helped. If you are getting the rice ask for sauce on the rice to help with the dryness. Also the portion sizes were very generous, they had left overs and we ordered a medium. I will definitely get this again and the next time I'm in town I will go in person! I have to see where such great food came from!
