And when you call them and say something was missing, they do not offer to deliver or have you pick up the missing item. They do not issue a refund for the missing item. And they do not offer credit for the missing item. Instead, they always say, "next time you come in just tell us you are owed a side or main and we'll give it to you." This does not work if you see ordering online, and it's just an honor system that never works out for the customer. And it wouldn't bother me if this didn't happen Every. Single. Time.
