What stood out most was that he didn't just disappear after the deal was done he actually followed up and added helpful details about service and maintenance afterward, which you don't always see. The finance team was smooth and straightforward, making the process way less stressful than expected. And two weeks later, I even got a follow-up from both the service team and finance team just to check in and make sure everything was going well. That level of care and communication really sticks with you. Overall, just a solid, positive experience from start to finish. Definitely felt taken care of looking fwd to working with them again for another car. They offer a battery4life warranty I'm looking forward to discussing in more detail later :)

Hark, and attend, ye seekers of the gleaming carriage --…read more The youth who walked yon lot was honest-made. Each conveyance I did indicate, he fetched without delay, without the serpent's redirect, without the merchant's quiet art of steering toward his profit. Three decades have I walked these asphalt courts of commerce, and I have learned to read a salesman as a sailor reads the sky. This one was without cloud. Two chariots of three were marred -- and marred in ways that wanted no physician's eye to name, no expert's tongue to speak. Plain faults. Faults that announced themselves to any soul who thought to look, which soul I was. I named them. They were waved from air as gnats are waved, as though the naming were the impertinence and not the flaw itself. Know this, good traveler -- a merchant who dismisses the small wound visible doth but rehearse the larger wound concealed. I have seen this theatre. I know its ending well. And yet the third carriage was sound. The numbers bent toward reason. Thirty years have taught mine ears to hear the silence that descends when buyer and seller have ceased their pageantry and turned to earnest commerce. That silence had arrived. The quill, as 'twere, was near mine hand. Then entered the proprietor. Shorn of hair. Cloaked as midnight. The manner of a man who long ago decided that fear, worn daily, acquires the look of respect, and ceased to mourn the difference. He spoke not overmuch. Such men need not. The room transformed as rooms transform beneath that particular and ancient gravity -- figures diminished, voices found the floor, memories of appointments elsewhere surfaced sudden in all present minds. My wife -- she who hath sat these thirty years across from every species of commercial villainy this industry doth breed, unmoved, unbent, her posture never once adjusted in concession -- regarded me with one look only, and departed. Thou dost not question such a look. Thou dost inscribe it in the ledger under truth confirmed and follow after. But here, good reader, is the thing that haunts mine hours still: The salesman trembled. Not as the new apprentice trembles at his first great moment. Not as ambition trembles at the nearness of its prize. Nay -- the particular and tutored trembling of a man who hath been schooled, through patient repetition, in what displeasure from above doth bring. For what reward endured this schooling? A wage that scarce exceeds the nothing? This honest youth had labored well, had run the cold lot faithfully, had served with craft and conscience -- and his recompense was a proprietor who entered and transformed him into furniture. I wished to take him hence. To press some token in his palm, some direction toward a house more worthy of his quality. There are those who deserve better than the circumstance that found them. This one did. The proprietor should not conduct this commerce. Not for the marred chariots -- though two of three were marred. Not for the sundered deal -- deals do sunder. But for this: a man who governs by the manufacture of fear hath mistaken his establishment for something other than it is, and all within those walls do bear the cost of that confusion. All, that is, save he. One star I render unto thee, this house of sorrows. The youth in his plain vestments did earn four -- perhaps five, had fortune placed him somewhere worthy of his labor. The trench coat hath earned the one.

They said they fixed my vehicle and within a week it stopped working. They told me I needed a new battery but I took it back to the auto zone I bought it at 3 months ago who tested it at 100%. Never once on the paperwork or via phone was it explained that they did a deep dive test that found an issue that might not register directly on a more surface level test by autozone but no one reviewed that with me or made any note about it on the original paperwork that I could show autozone relating to my concern. I reached out to speak with a manager regarding my concerns 4 different times and not once did they reach back out to me. I wish I could just ignore my clients I don't want to talk to - highly unprofessional. I will be complaining to Subaru corporate about my experience. Do not take your vehicle here. I will be going to Vancouver next time. I finally heard back from a a manager who basically didn't give a crap about what had happened. He said that I left messages with a third party call center so he never was truly notified about my concern and didn't seem terribly concerned and just got mad at me that he hadn't gotten contact as if I would know who is fielding my call when I dial the service information listed on the Gresham Subaru website.

Our salesman, Seth was very nice and helped us quite a bit by going to another dealership to pick up the exact color we wanted. They matched the price by the other dealer. When we talked final numbers, there was a charge for cilajet, a coating they put on the seats and paint. We had made it clear we did not want that from the beginning but they charged us $1495, because the other dealer had put it on, but took the price down when we objected. The following day, Mark Harris, the manager called us to see if we were happy with our experience and my husband again told him about the cilajet. Mark made a good compromise with us, so in the end it wasn't that important. We are waiting for a partial refund check from them. We enjoyed Hamid, our financing was very easy since our credit is excellent and he went through our credit union. All the people we talked to have been very pleasant. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it takes hours to complete the process, it would be awesome if somehow buying a car could be quicker! I should also mention we traded in a vehicle and was given a decent trade in value. The car was definitely worth more, but the convenience of trading it in was best for us. We were very happy with Seth and Hamid and impressed Mark cared enough to call.
