First timer for me going here. Love the first come first serve option if you're able to get out before they open and wait in line. Some days are slower than others. I picked a rather great day to have my dodge serviced here for an oil change and tire rotation. Each car is about 30-45mins turn around but today cars were in and out on a roll. My vehicle was in and out within 2 hours as i was 5th in line. First time Vins receive half off which was to my surprise. I loved it. No gimmicks no bs. Just straight work. read more

I brought my 2004 Honda Accord lx with cv axel problems. They found the issue and temporarily fixed it until I could get the part and have the funds for it. Temporary fix went out after 2 days and brought it back with part in hand for the fix. They were all booked up until Friday and it's Monday at this point. He went to give me another temporary fix and saw that I needed it done right away and hopped right to it. Wasn't expecting them to fix it within 25 minutes and have me back on the road. But also didn't bill me a single thing. Left them $100 tip though for my appreciation. Will definitely recommend their service to family and friends as I was. read more

I bought my F150 last fall at Gresham Ford and it was time for the 1st oil change. I made an appointment on-line for 11:00am. I arrived 15 minutes early after driving in from the east for over an hour. I was told it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hours before they could get to my truck. The appointment meant nothing to them. I complained to the salesman who sold me the truck and he said "they don't take appointments" which isn't true according to their website. I tried three times to arrange to get new tires on my car - once through online chat, and twice by calling by phone. The person on the chat said that someone would contact me. After six days, no contact. So I tried calling the service phone number provided on the website TWICE! Each time the phone just rang and rang and rang until it disconnected. I gave up and took my business elsewhere. Their supposed unbeatable prices on tires is irrelevant if they won't answer phone calls or respond to online chats. read more

I went to Quick Lane a couple of weeks ago when my car over heated. I was so frantic and the nice man I spoke with was so very kind and thoughtful and he helped me to come up with a plan, I m so sorry that I can't remember his name, but he was working on Saturday at the desk and when I returned the following day, to pick up the car, he was working outside and again was very helpful. Gresham Ford is very lucky to have such an amazing customer relations person and I hope Gresham Ford knows what a jewel they have and treat him accordingly. The man who worked at the counter when I came in needs a raise. He was so friendly and really took the time to go over the free car report that came with the oil change detailing my tire treads, pressure, brakes, all sorts of info. I had just driven literally all the way across the country the week prior and I was worried about my tires and brakes, and it was reassuring to know that they were all good and to find out for free, included with the price of the oil change. Service Manager was a jerk. I went in to get pricing and work done. I received insulting service, was quoted beyond retail pricing for an oil change and battery. I wouldn't step foot in this quicklane again ever. I should have told the guys at the counter my feelings toward them but prefer not to fight. Glad I went to Courtesy Ford on 122nd. At least they answered my questions and treated me fairly for quality service. I truly wish I could give them zero stars. I went in at 9:00 AM and explained what I wanted done to my vehicle. They said they were quite busy and could I come back at 1:00 PM When I cam back at 1:00 they didn't remember telling me to come back and said now that if I get in the cue they might be able to see me around 4:30. Definitely the place to go., I bought my Fusion there and always take it there for the oil changes. Haven't had any issues with the car since I got it and that is a plus and the reason I keep it instead of getting a newer one. Its gets me where I want to go and I know that if I had any problems,I could take it t back there and it would be fixed above and beyond . Everyone there is courteous and will bend over backwards to accommodate you . I am lucky they are around and hope they will be for many years to come read more
