The following items were not completed: Brake fluid level check Wiper blades check Exterior lights check Tire pressure check Transmission fluid check Power steering fluid check Battery check Exterior window cleaning Interior floor vacuum That's a significant portion of what I paid for. When customers are charged for a package, they expect the full service to be completed -- not just part of it. In addition, the customer service was very unprofessional. No one asked for my name, and I was not thanked when I paid. The employees were openly complaining about management in front of customers, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and poorly managed. Because so many visible tasks were not completed, I am also concerned about the services I couldn't see. It makes me question whether other important checks were skipped as well. This experience left me feeling misled and frustrated. I trusted them to perform the services they advertised and charged me for, but that trust was not upheld. I would strongly advise others to carefully review the work before leaving. I will not be returning.

The woman I spoke with (Jennifer I believe) for this whole interaction let out a snarky short laugh, then said "no, get a rental car". This was annoying because, OBVIOUSLY, that would be the next route, and also why are you laughing at me for asking a very reasonable question. All in all once she told me they were going to charge me almost $400 off the bat I no longer wanted to use their services. Now with this being said, if you don't care or can afford the additional fees on top of the cost what ever it may be to fix your car then it doesn't matter. But for those of us just making it by, be aware that this place is very expensive! Due to me not getting my car fixed here, I give 3 stars based on customer service and cost.

I went there without an appointment and was able to get it taken care of right away. Two women did the emissions test (which is awesome to me as a woman and not something I am used to seeing). If you are a current customer, you don't pay anything for the test. If you return as a customer, they will deduct the $15 from your next bill. Staff are friendly and professional, and they have a cute senior poodle in a sweater in the office to greet you. I highly recommend.
