When customers are charged for a package, they expect the full service to be completed -- not just part of it. In addition, the customer service was very unprofessional. No one asked for my name, and I was not thanked when I paid. The employees were openly complaining about management in front of customers, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and poorly managed. Because so many visible tasks were not completed, I am also concerned about the services I couldn't see. It makes me question whether other important checks were skipped as well. This experience left me feeling misled and frustrated. I trusted them to perform the services they advertised and charged me for, but that trust was not upheld.
