I was able to take my car in, in the morning, and have it done in a few hours. My daughter recently needed brakes on her VW Rabbit, and I took her car to Doc Brown's and had her brakes replaced. Again, the brakes were done quickly, and at a very reasonable price. If you're looking for an honest, dependable, and knowledgeable auto tech, this is the place to go. Just be aware that this isn't like a regular garage or dealer's waiting room. There's nowhere to sit and wait for your car, so you'll have to have someone pick you up and then take you back for your car when it's finished. But I'll take a little inconvenience for good, competent work and price anytime.

But he saw that I had stalled out in the middle of traffic on Lancaster road on his way home. Like this dude wasn't on the clock or getting paid (spoiler alert I tried to give him cash and he said no, cause he didn't stop to help because he wanted a customer or money, he stopped to help me and my mom because it was the "right" thing to do.) Like wtf who does that anymore? He got my car to the next parking lot entrance and instead of that being "that's my good deed for the day" he stayed with me for the next at least 30 minuets making literally 18 trips to (somewhere, I hope he hope he didn't pay for the that many water bottles) to fill up little water bottles to fill up my apparently leaky coolant tank with water. He talked to me about what was wrong and gave me advice about how to get home safe, etc.... and this dude, you will not believe actually offered to follow me all the way down Lancaster till it was time for me to pull off into my neighborhood. Like I know this could come of as creepy to women, but he didn't follow me home, he just was there to make sure I didn't stall out on such a dangerous main road! l literally cried in relief that he just stepped out of his way in such a good hearted way, with gaining nothing for himself! Back to the spoiler above, I tried to repay he with the cash I had in my wallet.... his response was that he just did what he believed anyone should do and he couldn't believe that so many cars passed us without offering to help. To elaborate a little on why we needed help so desperately, neither my mom or me had our cell phones charged and we were basically just stuck in holding up a busy main street, terrified and waiting for someone to call the cops to get rid of us. So in conclusion, I have never been a customer of this Valvoline location, but knowing the kind of management that is running this place I am NEVER going anywhere else!
