They accepted a request from my insurance company to respond to my request for roadside assistance. For hours they kept giving later and later ETAs. So I kept waiting for them instead of having a friend come from Portland. I called them but they didn't answer. I left a message but they never called me back, not even the next day. They never came! Then they reported to my insurance company that they completed the job! I'm a single woman and was lucky I had a safe place to stay for the night. What if I hadn't? Do not use these people!

Maybe he has hit a rough spot in life, I'd used him 2 times over a year ago and it went well. However, he is not reliable right now and I would not use him under any circumstances. Tuesday I had a breakdown returning to Portland from Seattle. We scheduled a time at 5pm for him to meet me in Castle Rock and agreed to a price. He wrote at 4pm to say his current job was taking longer than expected. I wrote him at 5 and asked for an ETA. Called him at 6. Texted again. No response. Finally at 6:30 I had to start looking for another tow truck, and by then it was after hours and the prices go up. The guy from Jacobson's Chevron had to leave home to come get me. Good guy, And we were able to get the car home, but it was hundreds of dollars more than what Tony had offered. No explanation ever came, no text, no call, nothing.
