okay so I know NOTHING about cars and I got an EV. The only thing I remotely know is that they don't run on gas. So when my car would not start I expected someone to try and jump start it but I was not confident it would work considering the car was, again, an EV. And like I said I know nothing about cars. Erik came within 30 mins of my request and went above and beyond to help me out. My car doesn't unlock on the driver's side which caused a bit of a problem. I also didn't realize how tinted my windows were (I bought this car used and windows were already tinted) which made navigating the lock button difficult. My BMW had a feature that disabled the doorhandles and anyway of unlocking the doors. Erik was able to fish my keys out of the trunk with a special made tool of his, and we were able to push the button through the door to unlock my car in the dark. The battery on my husband's truck was dead - Erik is who my insurance called to help us out. we thought we needed a jump, but after looking at the battery, Erik recommended a new battery. He took out the old one so we could get a refund, went and got a new one and was quickly back, installed and ready to roll again when we turn the key.
