The website they use to track the driver is accurate and they were prompt to dispatch. The first driver dint feel confident enough with his rig to get my vehicle safely towed which many may seem as a hindrance but it's a plus. I'd rather someone be honest than risk damaging my car more. They quickly dispatched a second driver with a flatbed. The second driver which I believe was named Jim (I'm horrible with names could have been Tim) showed up about 40 mins later which was what they stated. He was very knowledgeable and had the tools which made the job safer and easier to load my car. All in all he managed to safely get my car loaded on in what seemed to be no time at all and get it inside my garage.

We're on the 4th floor parking garage. At St Vincent's. The driver could not understand what garage we were in. Even with explaining the East Pavilion. Giving the cross streets in front of the parking garage. I had even given my exact coordinates to my insurance company! Once he finally found us. We find out he can get our van out. They were going to dispatch two more drivers. Thankfully a friend and her husband were there to rescue me. So we pushed it down. The car had been towed 1.1 miles to their lot. The national average for a tow is $105. This is a predatory business and we will report this to Oregon DOJ / AG on Monday.
