Wow! What a life savor! Today I had my car toed from Mall 205 area to downtown Vancouver, WA. The driver had great communication though phone calls upon his arrival. He quickly secured my car to the lift, treating it as though it was his own! Made me feel very comfortable on my drive with him across town (was not a weirdo). When we got to the auto shop he backed the car in quickly and accurately on the first try!! Swiftly lowered my car and had the courtesy to ask if there was anything else he could help with. These guys really helped me out the other day when my friends car died out of nowhere, in the middle of nowhere. We were already having a crappy day and waiting around for a tow truck was not appealing whatsoever, not to mention the fortune we would knew we would spend to get it towed. To our surprise, the driver (John, if I remember correctly) knew exactly where we were when I explained it and got there super quick, and the bill was very reasonable! Called in on a rainy Sunday when my car had broke down on me unexpectedly. Derek was at my car within 15 min when I had called another company that said it would take around an hour! He was professional, informative, helpful, and kind. After he had jumpstarted my car my radio LCD screen light had gone out, and he helped to fix it and gave me advice for the future to help with the issues. He really seemed to know what he was doing. They were relatively quick, (about an hour wait when all the other towing companies were about 3hours, which is great considering the conditions). Jon was the one who helped me. I was driving around after coming back home for break and long story short I picked up a flat. My driver Andy, however, was great. He responded quickly and quoted me a fair price. Came and picked up my non-running subie, filled my flat tire, and then got me to where I needed to be. I feel like I took a little more time of his than we were planning but even after all of that he stuck with his quote on the phone. All Pro Towing should really be All Star Towing cause they really saved my butt. I got stranded after I replaced my own breaks and was dumb enough not to tighten all my nuts tight enough. All Pro Towing is one of the only personable and kind towing companies I have encountered with. I ran into a pot hole that instantly popped my tire and I didn't have a spare. They towed me to my house where my spare was and put it on for me! Very grateful and will definitely call them when I need towing help again. read more
