Della communicated with me by phone, and when she arrived, she discussed what was going on, what needed to be done, and what the next steps were. She easily built rapport and put me at ease. I had a complete tire blowout days before Christmas last year, on the front driver's side, which is where my flat was today. The blowout happened along I-84 and was really scary. I didn't realize that my tire was flat this afternoon before I drove on it. My brain panicked when it felt that something was off, there was a noise, and I wasn't sure where to pull off, due to traffic. Thankfully someone confirmed that my tire was indeed flat, which prompted me to pull into the parking lot. Della was very friendly and lovely to speak with. I even reached out to their Facebook account hoping to reach literally anyone at this business, and they responded the most entitled, greedy response I've ever seen from a "business". Extremely unprofessional, when they quoted me that price! They wasted my time, wasted time of the business owners where my car was stuck, and wasted time of the second business owners where my car was supposed to be taken to. NEVER call this place. About a year ago in November, my daughter, Makenzie Peterson, had a tune up on her 2012 Honda Fit,…read moreby H & H mobile mechanics done, & at that time one of the spark plugs was either cross-threaded, or over tightened, causing the spark plug threads to allow the spark plug to be blown out of the cylinder, the work lasted about 10 months, before the spark plug blew out. My daughter contacted me & we had the car towed to my house, (I am a retired mechanic) I diagnosed the issue, & my daughter contacted the company & told them what had happened & what we diagnosed. She contacted a person by the name of Nate, it took several weeks for him to come out & attempt to repair the problem. As I stated, I'm a retired mechanic, & by watching him attempt this repair, I felt that he does not know how to do the job correctly, he did not put grease, or lube on the tap, he also did not tap the spark plug hole deep enough, for the correct insert to be installed, & I had to loan him some of my tools to complete what work he did, which he didn't complete the repair, I finished the repair, but was not confident in the results, because I had to retap the hole deeper, & remove all the chips from the cylinder, which he told me that they would just blow out through the exhaust, (which is wrong). & to top it all of , he took one of my sockets from a complete Snap-On set that I have, he will not answer his phone, or return calls from multiple messages that I have left. He did answer one time & I told him he has my socket & that I want it back, he told me he would return the next morning, but he didn't, now he wont answer the phone, or return my calls. HE IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL!!! We had it towed to a shop & ha d them inspect it, the repair is holding for now, but if it blows out again, the head will have to be removed & repaired, or replaced if it is not repairable, if that happens, the expense of that repair should be paid by H & H Mobile Mechanics. I filed this report with the BBB about 3 weeks to a month ago, with no response from them as of yet!!!. I hope that people read this, I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE OF ANY KIND!!!!
