As always, he was courteous and friendly, and remembered us from all the other times we've called for him. Don made absolutely sure that the very front of my van wouldn't hit the pavement as he was loading it, even using extra blocks to aid in the process. Within just a few minutes, my van was on its way to get fixed. I give Don extra extra credit because he had to back up our 1/10 mile steep, curving, driveway to get to my van.
