These guys were great…read more I had a accident in the middle of an interstate on a busy road at 7pm. Mian towing was unable to help me and did not have the right equiptment to transport my vehicle. The owner of Mian called around to try and find me and kept in contact as well as checking up on me to see how it was going, making sure the other person was there, ect. After being connected to over 6 different companies, I had found someone to tow with their help. They were nice, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. They happened to be the first people I tried calling, but I called around elsewhere and everyone charged at least twice as much. Other companies were a lot less understanding of my situation as well, not that going above and beyond is expected but these guys did. I forgot to ask for their names, I wasn't expecting to write a review. If I had any complaints its that I didn't get towed for free.

But our body shop told us they have after hours drop off and that's what we wanted to do and the driver refused and left us stranded. I found Zee's towing on craigslist and have them a call as I was desperate and he gave me a very reasonable rate and showed up in less than 30 minutes. He took me to my body shop where we dropped off our car no problem. This is an awesome small towing company with great character and integrity. 10/10 would recommend. Super weird to write a review for a towing company, but reading most of these gives one a less than…read moretruthful depiction of what to expect. Did it take a little time to get my car? Sure, thats because there was exactly one employee in the trailer and was already juggling a phone that basically never stopped ringing. She did apologize for the wait, probably because I very visibly was waiting patiently and not being a dick about it. Once she was able to get me processed I was in and out super quick. Was it expensive? Yeah...yeah it was. But place that annoyance on the city, they are the ones that can set into law what amount towers can charge. I was also a police tow (apparently I can't read signs, def my bad) and not private lot/owner tow.

The court can effect service but when it comes to making good on their obligations they disappear. Those not in the know: unlawful conversion is an overly formal way of saying theft. They'll argue with me in email trying to rehash a case that was decided against them meaning they know they're legally liable to compensate me for my vehicle but accountability appears to be a foreign concept for this company.
