Contacted after Tow Guys in Gresham said they had no flat bed available for my all wheel drive vehicle. E&E was prompt and timely. Called them and within the minute they told me they'd be there they were at the pickup location in Fairview. Got me towed after my sidewall below out to my house 4 miles away. Crushed it, handling the low vehicle, ttrs, with care being aware and careful not to scrape the front lip. Total lifesavers! My car slid backwards down a remote and steep gravel road...right into a ditch. After several unsuccessful attempts to get it out myself I called for roadside assistance. They said this company would be there in about 45 minutes. I called to let them know I had spotty cell service and I was well off the beaten path. I walked to the nearest intersection to wait for them. They arrived within the time frame they had given on the phone and they gave me a ride back to the vehicle. Once there, the man took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and decide the best course of action. He gave me a run down of what he was doing before he did it and what the outcome could be. He was so careful with my car that you would have thought it was his. He took his time getting it out and because if this there was no damage to my car. He helped me find a safe place to turn around and didn't leave until I got off the hill safely. They have top notch customer service and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a tow or a winch. read more

My car was getting towed to a garage but before my car was hitched safely to the tow truck I was told that there was an extra $225 that needed to be paid out of pocket besides the towing covered by my USAA Insurance. i tipped Edgar the tow truck driver &100 cash while he almost gave up trying to get my car out. I was told that I would get a confirmation by email/text for my receipt for my cash payment of $225. if by credit card then there would be an added 5 percent charge. Overal, the goal was to get my vehicle to the garage. it just cost more than what my insurance bargained for with E& E Towing, including myself. read more

I called Suburu roadside service and this company was to pick me up which was only a few blocks where I was stranded. Reported to be a 72 min wait and then when it got down to a 3 minute wait it was extended to 59 mins through Suburu roadside service. It was 92 degrees outside. I cancelled them. Called AAA and they were ther in 20 mins after saying 45. read more

While driving on Hwy 26 tonight, my car started making a loud, grinding noise. Lucky for me, not only was there a place to stop on the side of the roadway, but there was a tow truck idling there so I pulled right behind him. I got out of my car and saw that my tire had been blown to smithereens. I walked up to the tow truck, which happened to be Louis with E&E Towing.
